LIC - Amount retrieval - premium amount

Hi

My name is Gowri Shankar D

below are my LIC Policy No's in my name(paid on Nov 2nd week 2007 and total premium amount paid for the year 2007 is 56400).this is for tenure of three years until 2009.but unfortunatly due to serious personal reasons I was nto able to pay the premium for 2008,2009.after the expiry period,I requested the office to get back my premium amount whatever can be returned back to me after the LIC norms.but there were no response for nearly long time and it is 2011 now.I need the soultion for this.kindly do the need.
