Dear Sir,

I have taken LIC Policy having policy no.[protected] and tried to register it online on LIC India web portal for online payment. But, I could not able to register my policy as it shows that above policy no. has already been registered.

Request you to kindly help me in unregistering or reseting the login details so that I could pay online with my new login credentials.

Team, to get your user ID, call your nearest customer care number, give them the policy number, name and date of birth for confirmation and they would revert to you with your userid.
