Non receipt of pension policy cheques for Policy no:[protected]
My Father has a pension policy for which he receives 12 cheques every year, each cheque amounting to Rs.1158. He has not received his cheques for the year 2008 till now. Even after repeated follow up with LIC, no response has been received from their side.

I have not received the maturity value against policy No.[protected] from Bhubaneswar Branch No.II, although the policy has been matured since 5.11.2008.Please confirm the due date of payment and the reason for non-payment till date.

Employee Murthy made me to stand at his Desk for 15 mins without even responding to my query twice on the same day. When I approached him to clarify some doubts concerning Loan on couple of my LIC Insurance Bond, he was too high with his tone and did not respect my cause and urgency. After clarifying with one of the Divisional officer I was able to fill the form. I then had to approach him again but he did not oblige instead had to approach another officer to verify details concerning the cheque. Murthy wanted me to come on Wednesday because he had about 28 queries to work the next day (Tuesday).

This kind of attitude will not help the company’s cause in anyways and I’m disturbed with his behavior.

I have taken the loan against the above policies month of Jan'2010 and its broken
interest has paid by 5 Federal bank cheuqes, it has sent from my employment
place, Saudi Arabia.

To confirm the receipt of these cheques i have sent several email and number of
calls to chengannur, Asst Manager Mr. Ajayakumr and Mr. Rajesh attended my calls and they promised me they will look into the matter and reply to me.
Until now i have not received any mail or call from the Chengannur Br regarding
this subject.

On 14th of March my bank has reimbused the loan amount to LIC against the
PolicyNo.[protected] and[protected].Now i want to confirm is it credited in your
account or no?


There is no use of contacting the irresponsible officers in Chengannur br. I am ready to foward all my corrpondence which i made to Chengannur branch for your
clarification.

I have retired from service at the age of 60 on 19/10/09 from Hindalco Industries Ltd and submitted application/forms etc for attainment of Pension and 1/3'rd withdrawal to the employer on 23/10/09.

They sent the details in late, on 14/01/10 to LIC Group Insurance Dpt, Varanasi Office.
But I have neither received any return/pension nor any letter from any LIC branch.

Why such delay ? I must be paid the interest for this delayed period.

I contacted to Branch 34, Chandigarh, but they replied that they had sent the policy to Hissar Branch 177. I Contacted the Branch Officer at Hissar 177, But they replied that policy had not received in our Branch.
Now advice me What Can I do. I file the court case against Both the Branch Officer for claiming amount with harrasment Compensation and interest @ 18%.
