I think we are all fools having invested in LIC, an organization that just does not address customer queries. They exist only because of the over enthusiastic agents who work hard with gullible customers. I have sent 45 mails to LIC in the last 210 days..on asingle issue and...Can you believe it, have not received a single positive reply. LIC just says that the issue is being looked into. Then I have raised the issue on their web site. That complaint is still available and no one seems to be tracking it...there may be millions of such complaints lying unattended...the shocking fact is that the Chairman of this organization goes around collecting awards...for what I dont know. We have come to reward inefficiency, callousness and corruption...
