LIC market plus — assignment

i want my market policy unit rate and my policy unit ditail

LIC should be transperant with investor while letting them know the current unit rate; based upon which the other investor would decide whether or not to invest in LIC market plus.
all i guess is that; by hiding the Unit rate investor will not able to judge the fund performance and hence to attract more and more cash inflow. end of the day Market plus fundmanager wants to surprise us ! is it so ?

I have invested Rs.25000/- in your above reffered policy,
in respect of such policy i want to make an assignment to the bank
by LIC personnel it has been informed to us that assignment can not be done in respect of same
