LIC of India — policy not received yet

sir..i take a policy from lic delhi division 1 i recived policy no.[protected] pm mentioned rs 12010 and i pay rs 25221 then i called up lic office and he send me another policy no. i. e.[protected] but till date my bond not recived yet i m already complant Mr. M. K. Bhatt branch head delhi divison 1 but no responce. pls. help.

Not getting Payment of annuities of my Policy No.[protected]
in my SBI bank Account No. [protected] from October 2010 onwards and it is going to be more than a year. I had already send Speed post and Registered letter to your office twice and once I had complaint on Internet but till now I am not getting any information regarding this matter even I had submitted ECS/NEFT mandate form duly signed and attested by bank along with one blank cheque as per required by your office. If there is any formalities left kindly give me information as early as possible. Again I hereby remind you that kindly take seriously; otherwise I have to take legal action.

i unable to paid my LIC premum

i forgot my old user name ans password but right now i want to get my old credentials to know about the current status of my policies, then how to get it back, pls guide

i m not satisfied with services provided by lic staff of satna(M.P.), i have 6 policies but now i m thinking to close my policies.

LIC of India — Complaint against LIC Agent Mr. Rajiv Khanna (9718457776)

Hi Team,

This is to inform you the I, Gautam Verma bought the LIC policy[protected].

LIC Agent Mr. Rajeev Khanna ([protected]) has provided me wrong information during the time of policy purchase and now he is not even picking up my phone calls.

--> One, he said that I have to pay the premium amount for 10 years but policy states that I should pay for 16 years. He told me the wrong tenure.
--> Second, he said I will get a medical policy of 3,00,000 per year with a medical card, I have not received any medical policy till yet.
--> He said that I will get the receipt the LIC policy per post, I have not received that as well.
--> He also said I will get a refund of 20% of premium amount at time of purchase, which he is not ready to pay me back, moreover he has taken a cheque of Rs. 25000/-, instead of Rs.24020/-
--> Now he is not even picking up my phone
--> Now when I sent my younger brother at LIC office to cancel the policy, the Manager (Ajay Sharma, Noida, sector-1 branch) over there says I will not cancel the policy, do whatever you want to do. It is not acceptable way and I guess this is not an appropriate way to handle customers.

Please help me in cancellation of policy.

LIC of India my maturity is complete before one year but still LIC is not pay my money, while i submit my maturity bond paper. i request the manager 4 times but he says only.
