Nonreceipt of Health card against Health plus policy after 9 months
I am a policy holder of LICI Health plus (Policy No. 492555843) commencing from 24th Nov. 2009. The first instalment of yearly premium of Rs. 21000/- is paid. After the expiry of 9 months I am yet to receive the Health Card which is necessary for settlement of any claim/ reimbursement. Though I have already made written complaint to LICI Agartala office no fruitful solution has come up. If this is the quality of your service what else we can expect from this insurance company ?
