I am not satisfied by services provided by LIC of India

I am satisfied with the services provided by LIC of India because of i want Death Claim of My Father Name Late Mr. Pramod Kumar Jain Dated 19-aug-2009 i have submiteed all document,medical documents and original bond asked by LIC of india but company not paying attention to settled claim against policy no.284068755 and agent code 05952294 plz pay attention against my complaint to the earliest.
