i am mudit kumar mishra s/o shri ram ratan mishra. i live in 4a/302 buddhi vihar delhi road moradabad.my policy no.[protected] in lic of india.
branch (C.B.O-1 buddhi vihar moradabad)

i injured by road accident at 15 Feb 2009.so cause of accident.i am 80% disable
other than i m already injured but by lic agent i had deposited two extra premium. so please give me clarification why i had deposited two extra premium.please i m very up sate about your service i already many time called there in lic office and already many application there in lic office submitted by me and i m tired to sending the mail in lic office but no any response from your side.so help me about to getting my claim and extra premium also.
i gave all document at 10 Jan 2012.

there is no progress in my case. i have Manny time call in lic office.
