I've been receiving pension through LIC since 2006. For the years 2006-07 and 2007-08, I had received the pension scheques well in time. But I'm still to get my cheques for the pemnsion for the year 2008-09. The irst cheque for this year should have been deposited on May 5, 2208. May I request you to expedite. Myshelf Kirti Narain Mishra , Ex employee of IOCL ( Emp No 60426), have not recieved advance cheque (amount Rs 3571 each) for the period of July 2009 to June 2010.

I haven't received advance cheque for the period from July 2009 to June 2010.The cheques are normally valid for 3 months and it has to be revalidated , which is tiresome work for retired person. I have written 2 registered letters dated 1.08.2009 & 25.08.09 with cc to Dy finance manager IOCL,(employee super annuation benifit fund , scope complex, insititutional area , new delhi-03) regarding release of the cheque. But till date there is no response of the letter.

You are requested to get the cheque release.

Mobile-C to G scheme, DT-2 Plan — Refund not given

The team of gobal Direct lead by Hardik (M-[protected]) visited my house on 30-06-09 and offerred on my wife's mobile the above mentioned Scheme/Plan which includes two cards and two gifts. He has taken Rs 600/- and taken the necessary documents and assured that the cards will arrive in a week. After 15 days when we inquired then he said documents are not sufficient. So we cancelled the scheme and asked for refund. Her informed that he will write immidiately and it will be given personally by him in 3-4 days. After a month (end july) when we enquired he said there is so many refunds like this and it will come to you when your turn comes (So much cancellations!!!) even after a further month (Sept 1st week) when we called him he gave the same answer and asked to check and revert in 2 days. Till further 15 days he has not taken care to inform what is the status.

Now for getting 600 rs back if I have to wait for 3 months and still not recd you can imagine the state of affairs going on in your Co. If any responsible person can inform me on my mobile [protected] when when I will get my money back then I am obliged. For such small matter I would not prefer to go to Consumer Court.

LIC — Non credit of pension on due dates and not replying to complains.

Dear Sir,
Non Credit of Half yearly pension by LIC.

I am forwarding the mails I addressed to the LIC Bhubaneswar with whom I had an insurance policy which matured in March 2009. I submitted the policy and opted for half yearly payment of pension which fell due on 15th Sept. 2009. When I took up the matter with LIC, the branch and the pension payment department of the zone at Patna replied that it would be credited to my account on 1st Oct. 2009. From that date on I Have been checking my account. I have written so many mails and yet the LIC Bhubaneswar Branch and the Patna pension cell do not have the courtesy to reply to mail. They have not taken any action to my mail to credit the pension immediately with interest and compensate for the mental torture they are subjecting me.

I request the consumer forum to direct the LIC to credit the pension immediately and to compensate me for all the trouble I am taking in going to Bank now and then and veryfying the account whether the pension iscredited or not.

Also direct the LIC to ensure credit of pension on the due dates with out any lapse.

A line in reply as to the action taken on my complaint will be highly appreciated.

Since his a/c has been closed, pse suggest the method of getting the Total benifits, which will be due to the successors.. The validity of the cheque has also expired.
2 We have the succession certificate as the regards the other balances in the other bank.
3 His death certificate can be forwarded on demand.

Dear Sir,
I had served as scientist between September 1995 to March 2000 in Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) Complex for North-Eastern Region, Umroi road, Barapani, Meghalaya with my place of posting in Tripura. I had applied for refund of GSLI contribution from salary which was from Barapani, Meghalaya. I got a carbon copy of a hand-written letter from LIC Guwahati office with the number GSLI/MC/RB-25 dated 25/10/02 asking ICAR to provide some revised documents.
