[Resolved] Lic Of India — Regarding credit of fund | |||
Dear Sir, I have deposited my matured LIC policy no[protected] with NEFT form and Withdrawal Form on 23/11/12 at Purnea branch to Mr Sanjay an employee of LIC and got assurance that within one week amount will be credited to my saving bank account no which has been provided on NEFT form but till now it has not been credited to my account.After contacting with Mr Sanjay over phone,I received the answer that NEFT form which has been deposited by me has been misplaced,then I have provided my bank details and IFSC code by SMS on his mobile no but still struggling for the fund. Secondly,for policy no[protected] for my father has been sent through Speed Post on 28/11/12 with ref no-EF[protected]IN and has been delivered on 01/12/12 at Purnea Branch but this policy has also not been credited to my father's account. For both the policy,I have received the same answer for misplace of NEFT Form. How is it possible that both the forms has been misplaced?This shows immaturity of an employee Mr Sanjay.
