Dear Mr Sunil Sakhuja,
According to recent Regulatory guidelines premium for policy cannot be paid advance more than a month. The policy number mentioned has premium due on 28th June and you were paying it on 27th May.
This is the reason.

'Premium cannot be collected through this channel.Please contact LIC branch for the premium payment'.
Can you please help with this as I cannot my premium through any other channel due to my personal constraints.

I am using online payment system to pay my LIC premium until 2017 November. Since then I cannot pay it online. The check and pay tab in the online system is not active for me. I sent three emails to LIC Portalsupport and I didn't receive any reply so far.

I am unable to pay my premium online. I could pay for one of my policies, the other policy is saying : deatils not found. There was an error in the name, but I submitted both my PAN and Adhar cards to LIC Office, but I am still unable to pay the premium online.

LIC premium — Online premium payment
i have paid my premium online on 01/11/08. but it got paid two times. i was sending mails to LIC saying that to release the amount. till now i did not get refund.
