cheques for the premium amount for the year 2009 (March, June, September, December 2009).
please expedite the same immendiately and please note the address chage and all the

Ref: Annuity No. 061M[protected]- Master Policy No.42889. LIC, JC Road Bangalore annuity certificate dated 20.03.2009. The first payment of Annuity Rs. 3891/- was due on 11.04.2009. It is a monthly payment . So far I have not received any payment so far from the said date i.e. 11.04.2009. A letter was sent to LIC of India, Pension and Group schemes Unit, JC Road, Bangalore-560 002 on 02.06.2009.

I shall be obliged to receive a reply regarding the status of my payment.

On shifting to Puri Orissa, I have requested change of address on both policies i.e above stated and GA 22357/497. Though I received pension on my pol.NoGA22357/497 in my changed address, I am yet to receive pension on pol.no.GA22357/482, for reasons unknown. I could not deposit cheque No:388010 for Rs.8744/-- in time, since I was out of station for long time.I sent the same cheque to "V, P & GS, LIC building, Chennai" by DTDC courier on 28th Dec, for revalidation.It ws delivered on 30th Dec 2009, as per the records.
I did not receive the revalidated cheque until now.
Please check at your end.

Dear Sirs,

Annuity number 23691

Regarding my yearly pension in 2008 your annuity department agreed to send the amount to my bank every year (South Indian Bank Ltd; Cherpunkal, Kottayam (dt) Kerala a/c no: 53.2147) because I am working in Kuwait now and then I received an amount in Feb. 2008. After that I am not received anything.

Now I sent lot of mails to (pngs.[protected]@licindia.com) Chennai but no reply.

Awaiting your quick action on this and a reply through mail.

Iniatially my annuity is sending by PNGS Chennai and now I am getting it from Kottayam PNGS. As agreed with me want to send the same to my SB a/c ( a/c no: 53.2147) of South Indian Bank Ltd; Cherpunkal Branch. Two times they sent it to my a/c from Kottayam PNGS, but last sent to my home. I request you send it to my a/c directly otherwise there will be a chance for return the post as I am working in Kuwait now.

Also I came to Kuwait in 2003, after that I missed some annuities. So please send me a statement of my annuity to know the missing years.

I sent mails to Kottayam PNGS cc: Chennai PNGS but no response

If anybody clarify my queries is appreciable.
