I am having LIC Profit plus ULIP policy bearing no: 163575486. I do not receive any premium paid statements for the premiums deposited. I made a complaint to LIC through web portal bearing no:291543. The reply came from LIC was "CUSTOMER INFORMED THE REASON. COMPLAINT CLOSED". However till date LIC has not contacted me through telephone or through mail.

Further the web portal of LIC is showing the premium paid for 6/2010 missing which has been already made through ECS. I made a complaint for this on 26.6.2010 (bearing no:253822), however the reply was not at all satisfactory. A number of complaints had been lodged in the past also but LIC either do not bother to respond or the reply is not satisfactory.

I need the correct premium paid statements both in website and as hard-copy. Please do the needful immediately.
