[Resolved]  Lichfl — Disbursement taking TOO much time

I applied for housing loan from LICHFL (Gurgaon circle) in sep 2009. My application got principal approval in less then a month.

After that i applied for a disbursement of loan amount providing them my demand letter in late December 2009 (construction linked plan payment option) along with all documentation complete from my side (agent confirmed it).

In Jan 2010 second week, my agent's peer (agent was on leave - peer told me) asked me to submit few more documents to process my disbursement paper giving reason that validity of principal approval ended.

Now it’s almost end of Jan 2010, i have got no responses despite many reminders.
They earlier promised me that disbursement would hardly take 1 week.

Till now I have paid all processing fee including all miscellaneous charges (~8-9 k)

I am frustrated about this. LICHFL should consider the customer sentiments too. :-(

Could you please suggest on this. My builder is asking me for payment as the last date is a history now. Please suggest me a way.
