[Resolved]  Lichfl — Home loan EMI calculation disparity

Dear LIC, Below are my LIC housing loan related details- LIC Customer id: 18466078 LIC housing loan#[protected] I have taken Rs. 23 Lakhs for a period of 15years. Rate of Interest offered to me is 10.7% per annum.. With this the EMI should be 25,710/- per month as I have verified with few online home loan calculators. Instead I have been paying Rs. 25,937/- from the first month onwards. I would like to know why there is a difference of 227/- per month? Thanks, Sreenivas & SUchitra
