[Resolved] Lichfl — VERY POOR RESPONSE | |||
I HAVE APPLIED FOR LOAN THROUGH LICHFL FROM JOGESHWARI BRANCH BUT I HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE EVEN AFTER CALLING THEM SO MANY TIMES AND THE EXECUTIVE IS ALSO NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE.I UNDERSTAND LIC IS GETTING A LOT OF BUSINESS AND THEY DONT MIND LEAVING 1 OR 2 CUSTOMERS LIKE ME BUT AS I AM ALSO IN SALES, I EXPECT SOME RESPONSE FROM THE PERSON WHO IS HANDLING MY CASE. CAN SOME RESPONSIBLE PERSON GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK OR I HAVE TO APPROACH SOMEWHERE ELSE. Was this information helpful? | |||

Me too face the similar problem. These LICHFL Babus are still in colonial era.
More no of files on the table, more powerful they appear. No civilaty in addressing people concerns.
These relationship manager are worth nothing.
