ORIGINAL BILL NOT RECEIVED, MATERIAL RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION & DISASSEMBLED CONDITION

HI,

I HAVE BOOKED A FITNESS AIRBIKE CYCLE FOR RS.8000/-+ THROUGH ONLINE FROM INFIBEAM - AHMEDABAD. ON 15.06.2012 I GOT A GIFT FROM A UNKNOWN PERSON FROM AHMEDABAD. WHEN I OPEND THE SAME I FOUND IT WAS AIR BIKE IN DAMAGED AND DISASSEMBLED CONDITION. AND THERE WAS NO INVOICE / BILL FOR THE MATERIAL RECEIVED.

I GOT TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER AND HAVE SENT DAMAGED PHOTOS OF THE BIKE AS PER THEIR REQUEST. REGARDING DISASSEMBLED CONDITION OF BIKE, THEY REPLIED THAT THEY USE TO SEND IN DISASSEMBLED CONDITION ONLY AND CUSTOMER HAVE TO ASSEMBLED IT. AND PROVIDED DUPLICATE INVOICE WHICH HAS NO VAT PAYMENT DETAILS ETC.

EVEN AFTER PAYING I AM SUFFERING IN THE INITIAL STAGE ITSELF.

PLEASE GUID ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
