Lloyds Finance Ltd. - Non-Refund of Fixed Deposit Amount

I have placed the amount of RS. 10,000/- for the period of 3 years with Lloyeds Finance Ltd as a Fixed Deposit and same has already been matured for repayment on 16.04.2001. But till today, I have neither received Principal amount nor interest their on.

I request M/S. Lloyeds Finance Ltd. to refund my Fixed Deposit amount (Principle + Interest) at the earliest.
