Re your Horley branch. Why, after spending thousands of pounds of our money re-vamping this branch,
are there no proper chairs or tables to sit at to write our cheques of other personal business?
It was so much more convenient for customers before this change and most people do not
like it. Also the clerks are very vulnerable with no protection at all.
Another complaint is that there should be a printer in the main part of the bank as I had to wait
over half-an-our to get a print-out because the Security men were in an outer office where
the printer is kept. This seems ridiculous to me. My time is just as precious as yours.

when i new that lost my card i went to Elephant & Castle Branch to block my card, I am shock the behavier and answer bank staf, After i came back to wimbldon the account i have they block and order new card, I dont think living TSB!!!
