[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. — Loan Closer letter or NOC

I was having auto loan of Bajaj Auto Fin., which is completed this month . After that I haven't received any loan closer or NOC document from Bajaj Auto Fin. I should receive my original RC book and other IMP documents from Bajaj Finance.

My Auto (Bike) no. is MH04 cv 9492 and intermediary no is 99990001 and insured no ID is 17770304

I have faced the same problem. Still struggling to get mine...

I have purchase a bike Bajaj XCD125 in April'08.
it was having 16 installments in that i have paid 7 installments.
Now i have to permanently shift my bike from Mumbai to Delhi.

I have purchased the bajaj discover bike in 2005 Aug. through BAFL. I have cleared the loan amount through EMI, bearing loan proposal number 086009. Three years before I went to BAFL for getting NOC, in thousand light area in Chennai, the people who working there said that there happened a fire incident, soon we will rectify all the things and we will give you the NOC by next week. Now the BAFL shifted their office at Abhiramapuram area in Chennai. By Nov.2008 we went there for NOC. They said you will be getting NOC within 20 days. Till today, after making so many visits and enquiries I am not getting the proper reply. When I call over the phone, nobody is picking up the receiver. I do know what step to be taken further. Kindly do me a favour and expecting your positive reply and please let me know the phone number of the proper person.

My case is still worse. They have issued the RC book and NOC to somebody. When we went for collecting the details. they said they have issued it already.

i have purchase a Discover (112 cc) from Sojatiya Auto Indore in October 2006 it was finnaced by Bajaj Finnance ltd under 0% Interest shceme. My EMI was comleted April 2008 but still i am waiting for my NOC. I have a Computer Loan from BAJAJ FINANCE at Ujjain(M.P.) Branch,
My Downpayment is given to My Vendor,
I were giving 8 cheques to Bajaj Finance for 8 EMI,
as Per my Bank Details all cheques are appears in My Accounts and successfully Clear.
But today and before this time, I have a message from Bajaj Finance, that
" AN AMOUNT OF Rs. 938 IS OVERDUE IN YOUR LOAN A/C NO.[protected]. PAY THE SAME + CHARGES URGENTLY AND AVOID LEGAL ACTION. CONTACT OUR BRANCH"
Before 15 days, I were phone call to Bajaj finance Branch, Tel No.[protected]
But they are promise to me that they are contacting me, But from that to today, they are not contacting me and if i make any call to them, they are not responding properly.,
