I have booked a flat in Casa bella gold magnifica B wing and after they recieve payment upto 3rd floor they say would not be able to construct the building due to contours of the land. Even the agreement is being made between me and them.

This is ridiculous as i have been waiting for the possesion for last 2 years. Now they have come to now that are unable to construct on that land. This is very frustating. Also they are giving me transfer option and they give me a letter on 23.05.12, dated 21.05.12 to reply upto 30.05.12. They have taken thier own gud time and they say that i should take decision in 7 days. whether transfer or cancelaltion.????

You are correct. Even they are not allowing us to see the proposed flat also. What action we can do ? Anybody can advise.

I too have booked in Magniferra Wing A and construction has stopped after 3 slap. Is this the same cluster you are referring to??
Did you get a new allotment or did Lodha give you you money back ??? Pls adv. Tks. JD
