Loop Mobile — NETWORK PROBLEM
The network is totally gone since last August and inspite of repeated calls to customer care all i get is only docket numbers and no improvement in NETWORK. There is also no call back from network team which your mobile assist promised.
1) FREQUENT CALL DROPS
2) NO CONNECTIVITY
3) NO CALL CONNECTION..."IT SAYS NETWORK BUSY" AFTER TRYING FOR 10 TIMES ONLY AFTER THAT THE CALL GETS CONNECTED THAT TO ONLY FOR NOT MORE THAN 10 SECONDS
4) 90% OF THE CALLS GETS DISCONNECTS AUTOMATICALLY ie. CALL DROPS. WHO WILL PAY FOR IT.
5) 99% IN CALL IM NOT ABLE TO HEAR WHAT THE OTHER PERSON WANTS TO CONVEY. I HAVE TO KEEP GUESSING...".HELLO...HELLO ...HELLO...I'M NOT ABLE TO HEAR ANYTHING... " ONLY THIS I HAVE TO KEEP REPEATING.
I'M FED UP WITH THE SERVICES...I WOULD HUMBLY REQUEST bpl TO NOT TO CHARGE ANY RENTALS FOR THE SERVICE(WHICH YOU ARE NOT GIVING.)
