[Resolved]  Loop Mobile — non response

There was an offer from Loop mobile that go to WWW.DUSKAGANG.COM and Invite your friend to buy a new prepaid sim card and make his gang and win assured prize, talk time, bikes and holidays, i did invite my 3 friends and followed all procedure as prescribed by them, i did call them on customer care about 15 times to have my assured prize of at least a talk time of Rs.30/-, they did also varified and agreed to give me in 48 hours, then i had a call fro them refusing my request and said that i had not followed the procedure correctly, but i did correctly said by an executive of the Loop Mobile Customer Care, as if i would gone wrong to follow the procedure then my new SIM card wouldn't get activated.

Please take necessary steps against co. for This

i bought a new card on this sat, ie, 25th oct
i submitted my documents in the gallery on 26th oct

i was being told that it will be activated within 24 hrs but is not done yet

BPL — NOT ACTIVATED

I HAVE ALREADY SUBBMITED ALL DOCUMENT ON SATURDAY[protected] AT GHATKOPER GALLERY ON THAT DAY THEY TOLD IT WILL GET ACTIVATED MONDAY. STILL MY INCOMING & OUTGOING IS DEACTIVATED HOW MUCH TIME WILL YOU R GOING TO TAKE TO IT ACTIVATE IT.
MY CELL NO. IS [protected]. I HAD 1 COMPLAINT WITH BPL PREPAID MOBILE SERVICES.
ON 30 JANUARY 2009, I ACTIVATED A CALLER TUNE SERVICE BY SENDING 1ST MSG AS SUB TO 55666 AND 2ND MSG AS SET [protected] [protected] TO 55666. THEN I GOT RETURN MSG THAT MY REQUEST WAS REGISTERD AND THE PASSWORD IS 259264.
THEN MAXIMUM 5 TO 6 DAYS AGO, I WAS KEEP CALLING TOO MANY TIMES TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE THAT MY CALLER TUNE SERVICE IS ACTIVATED, BUT BPL COMPANY’S MUSIC IS PLAYING THAN THE SONG I SELECTED. ONE SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE 4 HOURS, 1 SAID 1 DAY, 1 WAS EVEN REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT AND SEND A MSG SHOWS DOCKET NO. DOC-C[protected]. AND IT WAS NOT AT ALL GET START. TO STOP THIS NON-SENCE PROCESS I DEACTIVATE SERVICE.

THEN ON 20 FEBRUARY 2009, I DECIDED TO TRY ONCE AGAIN AND SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN.
HERE MY QUESTION IS, THIS FORMALITY OF A/C BAL. DEDUCTION WITHOUT ACTIVATION OF FACILITY RIGHT OR WRONG ??????????????????????????????????????

Pls go to this matter, on28/3/09 I have given an request that we have 16 connnection from that few number I want the Limit of 300/ or 500/ but still there have not request it I have send fax also, one copy was given to Mira&Baydar show room.the number are as foll- [protected], 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, & 87.We are using the above numb since last 3/4 month .
And we shall br greatful if our Credit limit if fixed for all the 10 Nos with immiedate effect.Please give alimit of Rs.300/ or Rs.500/.

I am Mr. Stalin Fernando staying in Chembur. I have a government plan in which the rental is Rs. 125/- in which I get 1000 free minutes (loop to loop mobile).
Many of the times it happens like when m speaking with my friends or colleagues free minutes have been extended so, I just request u to make a facility in which we can see or send message and we can get revert message stating that this many minutes have been used, I spoke with the C S R plenty of times and I am getting no facility till date. Is the feedback taken seriously?

not excess idea, vodaphone, bpl provide network at post-chindar, tal-malwan, dist-sindudurgh

This is under MP plan billing my anther number [protected] I have not any outstanding bill balance. last time When I gone my village at post- chindar tal- malvan dist - sindhudurg proper tal network is ok but my village can not acces any idia vodaphone bpl network i serch manualy also.i am going new my village.so tell me reson why not acces any network.

Virgin Mobile — took 2000 rs but refusing to send me mobile numbers

sir my name is gurmeet singh, i m an advocate in delhi high court. i gave rs 2000 for buying 5 connections of virgin mobile which were promised to me by virgin sales executive harpreet and his team manager as well but it has been 5 months or so they have been delaying the delivery on one pronote or the other.i also sent them a legal notice in which they accept that they promised me 5 numbers but they are deniying taking of 2000 rs.
also they have taken 5 copies of

my pass book
my pan card
my 5 coloured photos
my blank cheque(which i crossed just in case)
my residence proof

now i am afraid of starting litigation as i am an advocate and i dont want to instigate a case in my name.
well i have all the phone recordings of their promising me the numbers as well as delivery of numbers.


i m searching 4 justice can u help

I have purchased loop sim-card on 28 of august. and on 31 of august at evening when i checked my balance it displayed that your account has been locked, from that day onward i can`t able to send sms or call any one. before complaining here i have lodged complaint in consumer forum and in bpl website about this twice but there was no response from them, i m requesting u last time please unlocked my account .my no. is [protected]
My Loop card number is [protected]. i want to know what schemes are there on my loop card ie: is there any scheme is open on my card that any 1 loop number totally cost me free 24 hrs.
