unnessecessary deduction of money from our account

Dear Sir,
I have been unnessesary deducted money from my account. I have been visited 3-4 times to the churchgate gallery, but they taken the complaint, and told me that I will get a call from them, but still I have not got any kind of reversal of charges not any call to clearify for the deduction.

I request you to please see the matter and do the needfull

dear sir, i mas sudesh kerkar my no 9773590345 had subscribed to internet pack of 49 nd hence had called customer care regarding dus kaa gang but the customer care executive activated the zero rental plan by mistakely so hence request u to refund my deducted balance nd also active my net plan hence request too look ftr it
