disconnecte my mobile connection

me Anil purohit mobaile no. 9821939493 Jo ki loopmobaile Ka hai.
sir me unka 174 Ka calling plan or 99 Ka gprs plan hai. calling plan me muje 400 call local 200 STD minutes 200 msg free hai. or muje ₹2000 Ka limit diya gaya hai.
Mene unaka 3200 se jyada use kiya hai. is wajah se mera phone band Kar diya gaya. jabki me gprs use kiya tha or usake liye me alag pay Kar raha hu. phir mera connection disconnect kyon kiya gay
