I have purchased Lotto shoes last month(13.04.2011) from Reliance footprints in AS Rao nagar for a price of 1699 rs. Till date I have used the shoe for fourth time & it has started to loose the attachment of the body part to the sole of the shoe. Initially, when i purchased, they had given me a damaged shoe which i exchanged by the shop people after two days. Its not even a month now & it has started to show its true color again. Hence please suggest as to what should be done. This has to be taken seriously as am loosing on my money.
