[Resolved]  LPG Gas — Address Wrongly entered in company

My name is K. Subramaniam chettiyar. I am 82years old. my spouse is 75years old. I have got 1(one ) LPG Gas Cylinder consumer No.97449. My gas agency name is M/s. Sri Gowri Durga Gas Agency, Kongu main Road, Tirupur - 641 607. My Door No.25/19. Thriurvalluvar Thottam. But My Gas agency was wrongly entered in Door No.19 Thiruvalluvar Thottam. The above Door No.19 is Mr. S.Sekaran's House. Now past 2months LPG Cylinder supply stopped my house and with mr. Sekaran's house. I contact my gas agency, they said" fill and submit customer forms and we can release your gas connection" In this oldage how can I maintained my family. please change my correct addres and release Gas Connection. Sorry for the inconvenience.
