[Resolved]  Luminous Inverter — Non functioning of Inverter

Hi,

We have luminious inverter in our house. Which stop working since last 2 days .We are continously contacting to call center and service center. But they always talk in a rude manner and there is no response from them .

please help us and get this matter resolve

we had an invertor of your company it is not working properly since two weeks and i am continusll compalining to your call center people but they are not giving the proper and relivant answers .Due to this type of attitude i am going to file an case against your company in the consumer court as my inverter is new and this type of attitude we had not expected from your company no body is responcible in your company who take an action on this matter seriously.

I have got through the complaints of custormers on Net/site of Luminious. This reflect very bad opinion to other and new custormer for not attending to their complaints. Please give attention to the customers complaint otherwise it is very difficult to stand in the fast growing market of Invertors. I HAVE PURCHASED LUMINIOUS BATTERY No. 18000 WITH 18 MONTHS GUARANTEE & LUMINIOUS INVERTOR OF 600V WITH TWO YEARS WARRANTY FROM YOUR AUTHORISED DEALER AT ULHASNAGAR M/s. NYANESHWAR INVERTOR SERVICES, NEAR TILSON SHOPPING CENTRE, ULHASNAGAR-421003 ON 25TH MAY, 2007. THREE MONTHS EARLIER I HAVE COMPLAINED OF LOW BACK UP FROM BATTERY TO YOUR DEALER M/s. NYANESHWAR INVERTOR SERVICES, A PERSON FROM NYANESHWAR VISITED MY HOUSE AND TOLD ME THAT BATTERY IS OK, IT JUST NEED THE EXTERNAL CHARGING BECAUSE MY BATTERY IS LOW SO, AS PER HIS INSTRUCTION I HAVE CHARGED THE BATTERY FROM EXTERNAL SOURCE, BUT BATTERY WAS NOT GIVING PROPER BACK UP THEREAFTER ALSO, AGAIN I COMPLAINED TO M/s. AFTER ABOUT 45 DAYS COMPANY HAS GRANTED ME THE NEW BATTERY IN REPLACEMENT OF FAULTED BATTERY.
BUT SIR THE BATTERY WHICH IS GIVEN TO ME BY YOUR COMPANY IS No. 1600 AND MY BATTERY WAS 18000 AND THIS BATTERY IS 135 AMP. COMPARED TO 18000 WHICH HAS 150 AMP AND 1600 IS CHEAP AS COMPARED TO 18000.
I HAVE PAID THE PRICE FOR 18000 WHY COMPANY IS PROVIDING ME 1600 WHICH IS CHEAP WITH LESS POWER.
I HAVE TOLD TO M/s. NYANESHWAR INVERSTOR SERVICES BUT OWNER HAS TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH 1600, BUT I CAN'T UNDRESTAND WHY COMPANY IS GIVING ME 1600 INSTAED OF MY OLD BATTERY MODEL 18000.
SIR, I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE MY CASE SYMPATHATICALLY AND KINDLY TRY TO REPLACE THE NEW BATTERY 1600 WITH 18000. AS IN ULHASNAGAR WE ARE FACING TWO MUCH PROBLEM OF LOAD SHEDDING OF NEAR ABOUT 8 TO 9 HOURS A DAY AND THERE IS ELDER MEMBERS IN MY FAMILY SO WITHOUT LIGHT IT IS VERY DIFFICULTY TO STAY.

We had purchased a Luminious inverter two years back and the same is in warranty. For last one month I am trying to get the problem fixed but the inverter guys blame it to battery function and vice versa. Incidentialy after talking to the service centre chief, he is also not inclined to respond. As usual the call centre number does not respond and the service centre chief is more interested in making people listen his ringtone rather than responding the call. One of the most obnoxious level of service ever seen

Luminious Battery/Inverters — Non-functioning of Maintenance

I purchased one No. Luminious Battery/Inverter in 2008. I have to remind the company everytime for its regular check up and timely maintenance etc. Please see that Company should send its Service technician and provide service etc. as per regular schedule and requirement. Now it is not working for the last one week. Already lodged complaint. Hope to receive prompt action by Company to give better service to its customer and good market reputation/image for prospective customer.
I purchased luminous Inv on 10.08.09 and was out of function 10.10.09, complaint was lodged on toll free vide UL63759, technician came on 15th Oct., informed us that the card to be replaced lastly my invertor was send to the Jaipur Service Centre on 27th Oct. after that the mobile no of technician is out of range, what to do now?

The petitioner above named begs to submit as under I have purchased on Nokia 2700-c mobile phone being IMEI No.-[protected] from Narendra Stores, G-47, Connaught Circus, New Delhi-110001 on[protected]. and Nokia Care centre "Gulati Communication, F-12 Bhagat singh Market, Connaught place, New delhi" said your handset is out of warrenty. I was submitted second time that the place but they are not solve my problem.

ver sorry to say that 2faulty battery inverlast [ purchased in january 2011]no of batteries 329399 and 329292 manufactured date 3-8-10 ] luminous matter [ your engineer already approved as fault in battery]continues from last 2 months and one battery handed over by wills eletrnic[ from the person i purchased] to m/s balaji ent your distributor about 60days ago but till today replacement of battery yet not receivedand another handed over about 10 days ago but till today nothing received, only promises received several times
i am not able to understand what you want ??should i loss patience and take action against the co through media and law
