[Resolved]  Luminous Inverter — Not charging Battery

Dear Sir,
I have been using luminous cruze 2k VA sino wave invertor since 2014 in my office but recently it started making unnatural noise from fan or somewhere inside. Also it continuously shows the abreviation CH on its display panel which means continous charging. Moreover the battry wall are also getting unnatural hot. i am attaching the pics of Invertor. further when electricity suddenly gets off it cant give back up simultaneously as it takes approx.2 or 3 seconds to give the back up where we lost our all important stuff working on computer as it shuts down.

Kindly suggest any possible solutions. It is very much appreciable.

Hi Anil, thanks for the query. This rate is for the swap of PCB. We do not advise our Field Service Execs. to repair the PCB in the field, instead we take back the defective PCB in exchange for the good PCB at the cost mentioned to you.

If the PCB becomes totally dead, then we provide a new PCB. The cost is then around Rs.1500 or more. We value our customers & as a service team, will do the best in keeping our customers happy & satisfied.

Only blue botton is shown and the power supply needs to be cut otherwise continuous beeping sound with green light occurs.

My name is Rakesh pandey I am just purchased new luminous inverter sine wave 1100 but when power cut its sound and no backup given... or always its shows that battery is still charging and battery % shows 00.

Hello there! My Luminous Eco Watt UPS 850/12V 4CEA72C1117603 isn't charging the Exide Inva Plus battery properly even at a stable power supply after charging a bit its indicator showing "Charging" stops giving green indication and only the "On Mains" indicator glows.Again after a minute or two the"Charging" indicator again starts glowing and again after a bit it stops.The overall battery backup has reduced considerably.
So, what is the issue?
Kindly consider this and give possible solutions ASAP.

My invter is ION Digital Sine Sine wave UPS 1500 VA Double Battery.My inveter is showing charging for some time and show 99'l.And it doesn't charge.IN my battery also here is also problems.

My 4 months old luminous 1000 inverter is only showing eco, not charging .what is the problem..I have checked fused but it is OK.
