madhur Courier is worst courier in india.
please do not use this type of courier services

I am very sorry to say that the courier No.H51016956 is couriered on 20.05.2008 to parvathipuram from hyderabad. But it was received on 24.05.2008. why it is too late and the information service also very bad .The phone numbers given by you are also wrong numbers, which are not working . why you are neglecting the customer. Please improve yourself to give better service.

As per the Home shop 18, the Jaipan Home Applicances has already sent me the product on 26.07.08 vide Madhur Courier c/n no.22113869 to Jamshedpur at My address. Till date I am waiting for the product. When I spoken to local madhur courier, the person who is handling the phone was not very responsive and not given me any details. This courier company is non reliable courier company.

I already lodged a complain to Homeshop 18 on 05.07.08, but they are also not giving me proper information about the product, they are saying me very soon we will get the product. As per the homeshop18 policy, we should get the product within 10 to 12 working days.

Madhur Courier — Theft of Items from packet

I have booked Rakhies with Handerkerchieves ( 4 nos) from Madhur courier Jbalpur to Indore vide consignment no. 17531514 dtd[protected]. Surprisingly only Rahies recd at Indore. What a magic? and nobody is responsible.

Is there some kind of fraud going on ...Home Shop 18 + Madhur courier ...are they working together to dupe innocent customers... I think they dont have any real products, they are making money through this partnership. They never deliver the product and take the money too. I am stuck up in the same situation. I think Madhur Couriers hire deaf and dumb people who never respond properly.

I received my parcel from malad (w) mumbai consignment no.22165255 on dated 13.09.08 .I open parcel that I see some goods are missing

We had important papers e-mailed by a client on 15th of October, by Madhur Couriers from jaipur.
As of 16:00 hours on 20th October the documents have yet to be delivered.
The company should be ashamed of such service. Calling their Delhi office only gets you excuses. Slow mail by tortoise or by foot would have got to Delhi at an earlier date.
This kind of service is absolutely disgraceful, wand there is neither service nor trust in their business dealings.
We would like to lodge a formal complaint against their dis- service and advise others not to use them

i regret to inform you that my consignment was posted Sagar(mp) to Mumbai (kalyan), when i enquired about my consignment then i found that it has delivered Ulhasnagar to Kalyan on 03.10.08 but can not understand that why it has not delivered it my home.

I do agree with your views. I placed an order with jaipan industries on 19th oct 2008. As per staus prodcut delivered through Madhur courier. But still i haven't received a product. When i contacted the Jaipan they assured resolve the issue. I got a call from courier company, he is telling lie that product returned back as we are not in house. This is not true because I contacted local Madur agent. As per him he didn't received any parcel.

Third Class Service - Totally non cooprative - Unprofessional company to be laid in court.

One packet of documents were not delivered to my residential address even after countinous followups the staff was unable to identify that were it was gone. It was sent from Gwalior to Indore on 29th Nov, 08 and was not recieved till date. We use courier services for posting the urgent posts but now it is the question on your company. And the most interested thing is that it happenned with me for the second time.

I am having wrost experience with the express it courier, bangalore. The courier is there with the branch from lat one and half month, I[censored] ask the courier guys they won't reply for u r calls also. So please make sure that don't send the courier through the expressit couriers.

I have booked one packit delhi to seoni malwa on 20th dec -08 this packit not delever up to 26th dec. 08 this packit contanint urgent goverment document.

One of my friend sent me a courier from Bhopal (MP) but more than 7 days have been passed, I did not get it in Jaipur till 5th of Jan 09. The envelop have urgent documents.

i had sent a courier from bhopal to ujjain on 03/01/09 by madhur(?) their ujjain branch received it on 05/01/09.they had confirmd me to deliver it on 06/01/09.but till today(12/01/09) IT HAD NOT DELIVERD AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE DELIVERY BOY HAS LOST IT. DOC NO.13655625

Dear Sir,

My two couriers C/N No.30132110 from Kolkata and C/N No.66146530 form Bilaspur was supose to be deliverd on[protected] but when I have made an enquiry on[protected] from local madhur courier office he has said that the courier is dispatched to you and even his response was not upto the mark.
I have already lodged the complain in the local police station of theft.
Sir this kind of service is completely disgracefull and not at all reliable.
