[Resolved]  Madhur Courier Services — Non-Delivery of courier at Bangalore

I had sent a courier through Madhur Courier Services to Bangalore on 11/05/11 from Shahabad Markanda, Haryana. Till date, the courier has not reached Bangalore. Whenever I call the Courier service, the person tells that the website is not showing about the courier details and says that it is the fault of the head office.
I have been calling him from last 8 to 10 days but no proper response has been given by him.

Please help me to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
