[Resolved]  Magic Auto — Complaint Against services

Before telling you details of my complaint I want to tell you that this mail I was sent almost 4 times to magic auto, and also called up 4-5 times regarding this matter but no revert back till now.

First Mail Complaint sent on 5th Aug to magic auto :

I am sending you this mail because there is no follow up against my complaints for service. I want to aware you that I was done my all three free services from your service station(Maya puri), but I never ever found any satisfactory output from there. In my last and 3rd Free service dated 13/07/2010, I gave list of 11-12 Problems in written to My Pramod (Pickup Man) which is faced by me in my car Sx4 (DL 9C Y 3244)which is in the name of My brother Mr. Deepak Sharma, and same discussed with Mr. Dileep Kumar Singh(Supervisor) on Phone. He assured me all will be done for sure.

But when I got My Car back after service there is nothing mentioned in the Job card / Bill that these things solved and also I saw a very poor washing , I immediately told that to Mr. Pramod he said when call will come from Office you just mention that to them. but there is no call yet came for asking me about the service. I himself called around 2-3 times there and told them that my problems not solved yet, but still there is no follow ups yet.

kindly look up my matter as early as possible so that I can drive my car properly without any problems.

Following are some problems which was i mentioned in the list and still they same.

1. Pickup problem
2. Average - 7-8 Km
3. Horn problem(Only one horn working)
4. Noice in Left Door - Dileep said it was by Speeker and it is resolved, he also asked from where I put music system, he didnt know that in Sx4 system is company fitted.
5. Noice in Dash Board
6. Shocker problem front
7. Indicator rod problem.
Etc.

And now I am facing that My all tyre are gone and also now my AC is not working...... I am really fed up to follow all, and really felt bad why I buy Maruti product....

Magic Auto — nightmare to deal with them

Hi Sir
This is mrs aarti wife of mr Aman tiwari having a bad time to deal with magic auto in mayapuri sorry to say there staff is highly unproffesional .Car (dl 9ck 0343 ) has gone for clam but they(Magic auto in mayapuri Branch)not ready to deal with them.Kindly ctc me my mob no.[protected],

Magic Auto — Poor Service Provided by Magic Auto

Dear Team,

We have purchased a Maruti Ecco (DL9CAB0260 on the Name of Virender Kumar Sharma) 4 months back i.e. on 20 Jan,2011 from Magic Auto. We are facing a lot problems in the same since then. When the car is driven on CNG kit provided by the company itself, it keeps stopping after completing its first 10-15 Kilometers. After every service(1st 4 Free Services) the car comes without being washed. We tried to contact the service center people at Magic Auto but got no good response. From the last three days, they are keeping the car for the whole day but still no proper resolution has been provided to complete the issue faced by me.
This kind of poor service is not expected from a reputed firm like Maruti.
Can I ask that you look into this to ensure that the next service visit, arranged for 17th may 2011 resolves the matter.
