I am a victim of this company's fraud. I was called many times by their customer care executive to attend a one hour presentation. In this presentation they presented their 1.57 lakhs holiday plan for 25 years. I was unwilling to pay this money upfront so they offered me gift vouchers worth INR 40, 000. They asked me to pay 10 percent upfront and rest in EMI's thinking that I would able to utilize these holidays and also buy stuff for me worth 40, 00. However, to my dismay, I recieved a call from their Mumbai HO and they again told me about the plan adding that I ould be liable to pay INR 5250 per year as maintenance fee which adds up to INR 1, 30, 000 for 25 years and it makes the total amount to INR 3 lakhs insted of 1.57 lakhs, for which they gave the presentation. To add to this I was told that there are no vouchers. I was total fake which there sales person offered to get me into their bait. I have been duped of Rs 15, 750 to which they are not refunding saying that after 10 days the amount cannot be refunded. I was neither shown any such rule during the presentation nor did I sign any such agreement. Why would my hard earned money not refunded?

I am totally frustrated and want to take them to court. They are running a Ponzi scheme and should be punished.

if you are victim of cheating by MAGIC HOLIDAYS COMPANY. You please make complain call to LEMON NEWS TV CHANNEL in their live show of MLM KA FARGIWADA (mon-fri) in between time 2.30-3.00 pm on phone no.022 .the channel is planning to gether all complaints against magic holidays company and will approach to company to company to make refund.if company does not respond and then will help to make FIR against magic holidays company.
(VISIBILITY OF TV SHOW ON YOUR TV NETWORK IS NOT NECESSARY)

i also had the same experience with the MAGIC HOLIDAYS. They confirmed me something at the time of signing the membership form & after welcome kit got issued they simply refused by saying it can not happen "Sorry". Below complimentary gifts they confirmed me at the time of signing the membership,
1) one 3n/4d voucher any where in india ( they did not informed that it can be used only after payment of first 6 EMIs)
2) two 2n/3d voucher any where in india ( only one received as of now)
3) 3000 worth of food vouchers (they did not informed that it can be used only at the magic holidays resorts)
4) 5000 worth of shopping voucher (they did not informed that it will be used only on a particular website)
5) 5 years of Free membership of RCI (they did not informed that it can be used only once first 6 EMIS are paid)
6) Free life time membership of DAE (dial n exchange) (DAE is anyways offering free membership.)
7) One assured giftm it could be Samsung TAB or Gold coin worth of Rs.12000/- (now they are saying it can be 2n/3d free voucher
8) 31st Dec eve free passes for couple at their THANE hotel.

All above was fake & rubbish. Now they are simply saying that sales representative might have intercommunicated to you, we can not help anymore.

Dear All, I have paid Rs. 6000/- Joining fee, and another Rs. 25K I have to pay in the month of June 2014. But after your above conversation regarding fraud please explain me some more details. So, i think about Magic Holiday and don't pay more amount.

I had the same experience that I have done the DP of 23, 000 and due to financial issues i have to cancel the membership and informed with 5 working days and gave a written that due to financial issues i have cancel the member ship and for more that 3 weeks i have given information and called in office to collect the cheque which was never issues and as i am in a big crises of money and not able to get my own money from them. I am planning to go legal as i have given in written about the cancelling and the reason within 10 working days. and its been almost a month passed and still waiting for the cheque to get back. Throughout this situation i was in touch with Mr. Deepak Trivedi from R-mall Mulund and the funny part is i was given a excuse that since Company is not able to meet the target so they are not going to return my money and they want me to retain, but still no formal communication given to me.

If anyone can help please would be of great help and send me your suggestion on [protected]@gmail.com as i have recovery my own money from them... trust me and please spread the word that World must be saved by Magic Holidays...

They called me telling that, they are from VISA and collected my credit card details. They have taken money and mental strain.,

The same had happened with me..and I have paid Rs. 34125 to these . In starting paid 21000 and then don't know when they got ECS signed from me..without any notification started deducting EMIs from my account. First EMI of 13125 is deducted even EMI is Rs. 5260.
I too want my money back. Can anyone please suggest me how to get it back.

I have paid the money today itself and as it takes 2-3 working days for the mechant to get the money from the bank. I need to reverse my transaction tomorrow itself.

Hi This is Jay Bhanushali I, m surprise to hear such comments from you all as being a member I could'nt see any of you trying to take at least one holiday from your membership whereas I with my family had been to Mahableshwar on a 2N/3N voucher and after which even on my membership nights of 7N/8N at Ooty & Kodaikanal, Yes there were some service related issue but above all the Property and Hospitality was awesome. I really find it difficult from all you reviewers that you are only trying to allegate the company without even justifying the Holiday which you have paid for. It really seems to suprise me that such an all educated families after enrolling for the Membership and not even trying to take the Holidays, are just enforcing and alegating the company for refund of their money due to their personal financial reasons whereas not even giving a chance to take their family on the Holiday Membership which they have taken, and I'm more embaressed to see that one after another family reading theses reviews from all those who had enrolled after getting convinced by themselves and now just believing on few of the handfull people to condemn this without availing the benefits. But to be very sincere and thankful to all of you to give me this opportunity to express my own opinion on this Issue of Magic Holidays. I want to end this conversation on a healthy note that Seeing is Beliveing not just Listening and Reacting.

This is Snehal Patil even I owe a membership of Magic Holidays and to share my personal experience with this company so far had been true and fruitful to our family as we had been to Thailand & Singapore Trip along with my In laws which still we cherish bcoz since our arrival to these international location to our departures we were very well assisted, served and pampered. As we are looking forward for more holidays from them in the same manner. But I'm shocked to listen all your comments on these reviews portals that have i made a wrong decision or are you just kidding others through this medium or may be something had gone wrong for you but for me I'm still looking forward for more and more beautiful memories for my family.
