Magan Infotech is really a worst company.I did not recieve my salary yet from Hyderabad Office.All Concerned HRs Varun, Venkatesh will never respond to emails or answer your phones.
It is a nuisance to work with such a company .I am going to take a serious note of it.Magna Infotech is the worst company to ever work with.
I strongly feel that this company should closed .They dont deserve to be in IT when they dont follow corporate culture.

I agree with all you have written.. My expereince was even worse.. They hired me on contract for which duration was not specified.. I asked them about the duration of contract which they mentioned as 2 years before attending their client interview.. While giving me the offer letter, they said that contract will be minimum of 1 year.. but nothing was in writing..
When i went to the client side, they told me that contract was only for 3 months.. When i asked Magna to confirm about contract duration.. they did not entertain my calls.. During the offer negotiation they promised me 5k as relocation allowance which was not settled..
Their cleint treats magna as aliens in their companies.. Pay are not paid on time.. Queries are not replied within the stipulated time frame.. I quit this company in 2 months once i came to know the reality of Magna.. Its been 2 months after i have left they have not settled my full and final..
My suggestion to all new joinees, pls do not join this company as they cheat people.. This company are like body shoppers.. they are only interact with their employees when the timesheet is not submitted.. rest they are not bothered..
Also, the information reflected in their website is all false..

I am a accused of MagnaInfotech.I have all the proofs with me also. I was working with a company got a call for interview with Accenture through bleady Magna, attented, got selected. Interviewis took by Accenture people.BUnch of guys selected among one of my colleague was also there.
They force me to resign in my current company unless they wont release my offer and one more they will collect our 10th Original marks list( bleady thing ). Finally i agreed for everything and got offer walk out from the curent company.

Unprofessional & Unethical Company. They don't have proper relationship with their clients. They habituated receiving complaints from the employees, but never ever tried solved their issues.

I am an ex-employee of Magna. I worked there for about 2 years 7 months. My journey with Magna is really a pleasant & memorable one. In fact, Magna helped me to grow and achieve new heights in my career. I am thankful to Magna for giving me such an opportunity.

In my 3 years of work experience, the past one week is been the worst days in my career. The Magna Infotech, Bangalore ruined my career along with their business alliance Accenture, Bellandur.
I got through the interview and was selected for a responsible role in Accenture.
The Magna Infotech people had briefed about the job role and timings. They had told it is a general shift (9:00AM to 6:00PM) and it is contract to hire. They promised and ensured 200% that for first 6 months it would be on Magna Infotech payroll and after 6th Month it would be on Accenture payroll.
After I joined, on my first day on 9th Jan 2012 reported at Accenture, the person whom I was suppose to report briefed me about the project and it was a UK based project and hence the work timing would be UK shift!!..
In between the person asked me whether I was told by Mangna that it is general shift and whether I will be hired by Accenture after 6 months.
I was in little shock, wondering why he was asking this( The above statement meant the Accenture people too know that Magna is making such false statement). Anyways, I said yes, it’s told to me that the work timing is between 9:00AM to 6:00PM and they promised it would be on Accenture payroll after 6 months. However according to Accenture policy it is minimum 18 to 20 months to take any contract employee to on role and that too considering several other factors.
Now, after I join they are asking me to sign a bond of 1 year that I will not be quitting the company within 1 year else they don’t require me assuming I might quit in short duration. Both Accenture and Magna are doing injustice to me.
Can any one tell me what I can do now as I don’t want to sign any bond for 1 year with suck junk yards?

Hey Guys... I am an ex-employee of Magna. I strongly disagree with the statement. When I joined the company there were about 800+ employees... Now they have grown over 8000+. The figures speak how serious Magna is. I strongly suggest people who ever visits this blog... please dont get mislead. Please go ahead with your carrier plan with Magna. Please don't support that fraud company.It's a big fraud company they are playing with others life .They hired us for 6months contract for Infosys when we visited the campus today, suddenly those Infosys guys are informing this is only for ten days. Bull they didn't even told us about the profile
they are bloody buggers i won't leave them. I'm going to file a case in consumer court.Really they will pay for this.

nd hv got all the documents needed, now they people wants their amount back which they have given me by mistake... sholud i give it back to them ???? advice... can they create problem for me in future????
