[Resolved] Magna Infotech — Magna Made me jobless & Cheating Contractor | |||
Hello Viewers, I got an offer from Magna for their client Accenture Pune. they offered me a salary of 2.6L per annum during all the discussions. they sent me a confirmation letter for the CTC.They asked me to join within 1 weeks. So I resigned from my ex.company. They checked whether i have put paper. They wanted the copy of resignation letter too. So, I sent them all. I got relieved from the ex.company & was to join with Magna/Accenture in one week. Once i joined in Accenture within one week they conduct one meeting in accenture. In that meeting they discussed about project end date, with in 4months we have to complete this project. But that's not possible, because only 4members was there. Again they recruit some candidate for this project. Almost 10persons are worked in this project as a contract employee. At that time my TL (accenture employee) said with in 3months we planned to finish this project. As soon we finish it, we ll release you guys from our company, I was shocked, because my recruiter said "You ll me permanent with Accenture after six months, I[censored] work hard u ll be permanent with in 3months." She said like that. I believed her words. But within three months projects was completed. I was thrown from Accenture. After that I asked my recruiter, she simply said "All the big companies are doing like this only, we can't do anything for this. You have to search new job." After that i called that around 50times, she is not pick up my phone. Because of this (Sunita) [censored]ing recruiter I lost my Life. I never forget this in my LIFE. Before losing my job one month back only i got engaged. Once I lose this job my marriage was stopped. I plan to commit suicide at that time. But I don't want to give pain to my parents. My parents are very old, they can't do any work now. In this stage I have to take care of them, But they are taking care of me. Still I haven't get any job. This is Real not Reel. I have proof for all. Already i mentioned the name of my recruiter. I'm ready to show anywhere. So please don't believe this company (Magna Infotech). For Magna Infotech: Here after please don't cheat any body. Say the truth and recruit the candidate. Don't cheat other person to get money for u. Yes, I agree with you, this is a use and throw consultancy, I also faced the same situation, when they hired me, they placed me at HP, they told if at all I loose the job, I will be working with them as it is a CMM level 5 company and now once my contract got finished, they did not keep me even for a day.
I strongly suggest, don't get trapped with this fruad consultancy.

Luckily, I googled for this company name. I was shocked to know that I was about step into deep , by loosing my existing job in respectful/loyal company in which I am currently working for.

I am agree with this. I face the same problem like you. But I got a job in chennai after 3months only.
I am placed in accenture pune only, after 3months i am also thrown out from client side (accenture). I ask my recruiter, she told same ans for me also. Then she said "Send your resume to me, if any openings in our client side we will get back to you. Otherwise you have to search a new job." I am ready to prove about this company. I don't know why this company are playing with others life.
If I see any Magna employee i have question for them. I'll surely ask the question to them.

Just think, you have worked hard many years and earned your degree/diploma and again worked hard to get experienced ..and all these to just work for a consulting firm ??? ?? That is too pity .. This practice should be STOPPED .. Nowadays 8/10 calls regarding a job opening will be contract to hire . This is some kind of adjustments with the company ppl and the consultancy ppl. Together, they are cheating the candidates and filling their pockets. My opinion is that everybody should rejects this kind of calls, If a company wants your service, let them hire you directly. Do not get cheated by this kind of .. Everybody is special.. give some values to your education and hard work !!

I 2 got an inetrview call from Magna Infotech like 4 times in a week and was busy so could not go for intreview, after 4 days when I went for Interview, they did not even take my CV forget about intreviewing.
After 2 hours of waiting time, the coordinator told me that you have been rejected !!!
Imagine that a candidate who has not been interviewed has been rejected!!!
