MTNL on its site (http://mtnldelhi.in/dolphin/index.php/3g-prepaid-plans) offers a validity of 30 days for its plan Chotta Vidyarthi under Special Tariff.
I purchased the said plan on 11/05/2012. However, the plan expires within 10 days on 21/05/2012.
The customer care claims that the plan is valid only for 10 days, contrary to what has been furnished on its website.
Even after writing a letter to the customer care, estopping them from denying their liability, no action is taken. The smugness and insolence of the customer care is admirable as they fail to offer any relief.
