Our company had Lunched legal case Against These People and companies We are Strongly working with our clients and Club Partners. Although, Those who have not done the task has Been Terminated from the membership We had provided Legal Notice and We had Validation Papers Signed by those companies. I too faced such a problem, I have completely paid my entire loan amt on 31/03/2009 but still not received the NOC, besides they have charged Rs256/- for NOC Even though we have not made even a single bounce.
I am very much in need of the NOC, What can we do?

I am Sandeep surve, customer of mahindra finance. i had purchased the Bolero in 2008 and same vehicle sold to second party in 2011. But now the second party want to close the loan against the same vehicle. but Finance dept. denied the request to issue the NOC. They link this issue to my second vehicle which is stolen in 2010 and same legal case is in progress to state and district court. even though the result from District court declared from my side. but due to insurance objection, i have put up the case in state court. So it is cleared that i will settled the second vehicle loan after the case result. But mahindra finance should not refuse to issue NOC for first vehicle as second party needs to close his loan which is totally a separate matter.

I humble request you to issue the NOC.

I, am R.Shanmuganathan, customer of Mahindra finance, bought new swift vdi through mahindra finance, settled the loan amount, before 20 days, till the date the noc has not been received, for the delaying noc do you give any interest to the customer, the payments are viewed through online, then why you are making such delay, all the nationalised banks in india when the customer closed their loans they will get their noc within half an hour, dont know why you are making such delay,

I am salim usman sheikh customer of mahindra finance I brought new mahindra camper through mahindra finance I settled the loan amount on 30/5/2013 and balance 2225/- on 03/06/2013 before 1 month it almost 45days they told me you will receive the noc max by 20days am regularly following them they told me they Will only handover to the owner now they tell give us letter to issue noc they never told me this before I am really upset no one is really

Sir iwant loan for car i went to ur branch markapur ur accountent talking very bad sir it s ur reciving he told him with out our permmisson u cant get it he spoked sir ihe used very bad words sir its ur reciving to customers sir please take action
