[Resolved]  Mahindra Maxximo — no repairing on time

I have purchased a mahindra maximo from Mohon motors Jalkal B.T. Road Kolkata in Augst. 2011 with one year warranty . and 40000 Km. zero maineance registion no WB29A 2442 After that, I send my vehicle on 05 Augest 2011 for berak down (String problem) savereal time cont. to Mohon motor but now till date date no acation will be done. and there advice to me 12 or 15 days car will be reparing some fault to the agency Mohon Motor or Mahindra and Mahindra, but they not repair it and tell me that the parts are not available and from that day. I have bear a big loss in my business without my vehicles, This is infrom you that the Vehicels WB 29A 2442 engaged for emergency duty a Mobile Van of West Bengal State Electricty Distribution Company Ltd. C.C.C. Pailan entre the area where public service disturibing.
to prevent public hazard, you are requsted to please sovel my problem as arely as possible.

I have purchase maximo vehicle in last year dt. 14.9.10 form global gallery in sativali at vasai. Sale experience was good but service is very bad. I am facing many problems. My vehicle was breakdown dt. 27.8.11 but till date not solve my problem. I meet to mr. akil maniyar ( Branch manager ) & Girish gupte ( assistant works manager ), Siddesh ( service adviser ) three to four times. I called many times to siddesh. He told me your vehicle is under warranty but today he saying your vehicle not under warranty.
I was purchase vehicle for my commercial purpose . I paid 1000 Rs. To rental vehicle.
