[Resolved]  Mahindra Maxximo — No services

Sir,
1. I had purchased Mahindra maximo on[protected]
2. I have done the 3 FREE Services during which I had complained about the vehicle not taking load and gear was coming hard.
3. I was then told to carry on driving.
4. As I was driving after the 3rd Service (Kms.21738) I observed Red Light on the Dash Board and after some time the vehicle stopped running. I then towed the car from Panjim to Muktar Automobiles Pvt. Ltd Verna. The Technician at the garage checked the vehicle and found that it was O.K. & running. Thereafter they told me to leave the vehicle for further check - up. Then after 4 days after checking with the garage every day, they told me that they have put a new Clutch Plate, Diesel Filter and Fuel Filter and charged me Rs. 5,692/- on Tax Invoice No. RBC 12B004154 dated[protected]
5. As I was proceeding after this repairs at 34629 Kilometers the vehicle after running for about 4 to 5 Kms. The vehicle was showing Red Light again on the dash Board. I immediately phoned the garage and they told me that the office has closed and therefore to bring the vehicle on Monday the 16th January 2012
6. I could not go on that day because of some work and therefore, on the next day i.e. on 17th January 2012, I decided to take the vehicle, but the vehicle would not start.
7. I phoned the garage and informed them accordingly and they came with a tow car and took my vehicle.
8. On the following day when I went to the garage they told me that they cannot find the fault. Again, the next day also they told me the same thing.
9. Today they told me that they are going to open the engine to find fault.
My vehicle is now in your garage and I am losing business. Who is going to pay for all this mess?
The vehicle has not even completed 1 year. I suggest that you keep the vehicle and return my money.
