Engine Malfunction and No response from Mahindra & Service Centre as well. I have a 2012 Scorpio VLX version (KA-01-MJ-7664). I purchaged on 31st December 2012. I was suddenly objserved noice on engine and called service center. They told me to bring the vehicle to service center. So gave my car to "Sireesh Motors, Hosur Road, Bangalore" which is an authorized service centre of Mahindra Scorpio on[protected]. They check the noice and told me that it will take a weeks time to fix.I surprised to listion that. After one week I only called them to know the status, but there is no update and they told it will take another week or more time to fix the issue. We are working with Mahindra team to fix the issue. I called Mahindra at [protected] and book complaint on[protected]. Daily I used to call on Mahindra but there is no proper response till date. Customer case team will say your case has been escalated to our technical team on priority basis you will get a call from our team in another 1hour time. But till date I used to call daily 2 or 3 times but I never get any call from Mahindra.Your slogan says "With You Hamesha" BUT it was my mistake trusting Mahindra and you guys. If I call Service center they will say you can reach your service adviser to know the status. But that guy does not know anything. He will speak in local language and he will say only one thing our team is working with Mahindra people. Who will help here and how to escalate to higher management?? Please help me how to proceed.
