UNDERWARRANTEE

I HAVE PURCHASE A XYLO ON 24 MAR 2011,THE XYLO REGISTRATION NO IS UP 32 DR 2699 , IN WHICH A NOISE IS COMING FROM THE XYLO ,WHEN I GO TO SERVICE CENTER TO DISSOLVED THE PROBLEM THEN ADVISER SAID THE SOUND IS COMING FROM CROWN .THE ABOVE PART IS IN GUARANTEE PLEASE DO NEEDFUL FOR MY XYLO .

I WANT TO SAY YOUR DEALERS ARE NOT GIVING GOOD SERVICES TO YOUR COSTUMERS.
