[Resolved] Make My Trip — Bus Time Mentioned was Wrong | |||
This complaint is against one of the very know travel agent "Make My Trip" in which I booked the BUS ticket From Mumbai to Indore for November 4th, 2012. The boarding time mentioned on the ticket is 10:00 PM from Teen Hath Naka, Thane and the actual time bus left from the boarding point was at 8:00 PM i.e Two hrs before the time mentioned in the ticket. At 7:50 PM, I received a call from Royal star people, saying that bus is already standing at Teen Hath Naka, Thane and About leave in 5 Minutes. Was this information helpful? | |||
