I got coupons from MakeMyTrip Shiftthoughts on hoilday booking and domestic/international travel. They charged me around Rs. 7000/- for this.
Not more than one coupon can be used for one transaction which was not told to me at the time when they offered me this package of vouchers.
The holiday coupons are 2 in number worth Rs 3500/- each.
And 2 nights 3 days stay in a hotel for a holiday costs around Rs. 3500/- per person.
This means that if I am booking a hotel room for holiday for two, I cannot use both the coupons. Like this there are some glitches in other coupons which are offered.
I have found other cases too like this who are victims of this fraudulent campaign by MakeMyTrip.

I would like to move them into Consumer Court. Also request other victims to join hands and fight against them. Please mail me at [protected]@gmail.com for the same. Even I am reachable at my mobile @ [protected]

    Sir,
    I had booked two air tickets ( Guwahati to Bangalore) on 12th march 00. Due to heavy rush in the bank i could not update my passbook immediately. When i updated my passbook i have learned that money is extracted twice ( sum of 658). I complained to the customer service of make my trip, but they say they have received only once.
    Therefore, kindly notify me how the money is gone and reimburse that amount to my account.

      I booked my air tickets ( indigo flight 6E 134, BOOKING ID FLT[protected] on line thorugh make my trip on 5/0/2010 for the date of 29/04/2010 timing was 5:45 am, I miss my flight due to not mention such important point on the air tickets that you have to be arrive there before 1 hour , i arrive there before 26 minutes from the departure of my flight on above all that neither airlines authority allow me to go nor they cancel my air tickets , whereas it clearly mentioned on air tickets ( if you are cancelling or rescheduling your flight within 6 hours of its departure time , kindly contact the airline directly)
      Now who is the responsible authority for that... I WANT MY MONEY BACK . this is the purely case of hidden information which a customer have right to know clearly, this is a basic information

        Dear Sir,

        I booked tickets for two from SRINAGAR to MUMBAI on 13 th Sep 09 through online portal of makemytip. On 13 th Sep 09, morning i got call from JETLITE srinagar counter that
        FLIGHT S2-672 had got cancelled because of some or other reason. I was offered refund or a open ticket. I opted for open tkt. But few days back when i contacted jetlite for booking with reference to open ticket, They said they have already refunded full amount to booking agent(i.e MAKE MY TRIP) . When i contacted MAKEMYTRIP, their executive said that they have received only Rs.207/-per person whereas the total amount is Rs. 5844/-.From then i'm continously mailing & calling MAKEMYTRIP but not getting proper reply. All above they are asking me to get scan documents from jetlite where full refund to MAKEMYTRIP is shown.
        I am pissed off between AIRLINES & MAKEMYTRIP. Also wasted lot of time in calling & explaining both.

        You are requested to intervene & help me to get full refund which i deserve.

        Awaiting for your earliest favorable reply & action.

          Hi,
          I had booked six tickets on makemytrip.com for domestic travel of my parents-in-law and brother-in-law within India. Unfortunately, due to the unexpected demise of my father-in-law a month before, I had to cancel 4 of these tickets. The concerned airlines, Kingfisher and Indigo Air were extremely accommodating. Both canceled their tickets and even issued full refund on my father-in-law's tickets (i.e. they refunded the ticket price and the cancellation charges).

          I was informed by makemytrip customer service that as a goodwill gesture they will also issue a full refund as soon as I have furnished the death certificate, which I did within a week. Then, between Jan 29th and Feb 4th I received several emails confirming that all refunds have been initiated and entire amount should reflect in my bank account within 7 business days. But, despite almost 5 weeks delay, I received refund for only 1 ticket. I tried to contact makemytrip customer service more than 10 times and every time I was told that someone will call me back to resolve the issue, but in vain.

          Finally, I had to contact Better Business Bureau, a US-based business monitoring non-profit organization, which has good clout over such unethical practices. I have used them sucessfully in the past but this time even they failed to secure a satisfactory result. Please see their frustated response below:

            DAY 1: DELHI - SHIMLA (330 KM/ APPROX. 9 HOUR DRIVE)
            Drive to Shimla on arrival at the airport or railway station in Delhi (on your own). Upon reaching Shimla, check in at the hotel. Enjoy rest of the evening at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.

            DAY 2: EXCURSION TO KUFRI (20 KM)
            Go on a half-day excursion to Kufri, famous for its trekking and hiking trails. Also visit Indira Tourist Park which offers a panoramic view of the hills around. Enjoy a pony or a yak ride (on direct payment basis) around the park. After returning to Shimla, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, Relax, explore the local market or stroll along the Mall.             Drive to Khajjiar, a scenic spot set amidst a backdrop of dense pines, deodars and lush green meadows. Khajjiar is exquisitely nestled amidst the foothills of the imposing Dhauladhar ranges of the western Himalayas , providing a panoramic and breathtaking view to the visitors.

            DAY 10: DALHOUSIE
            Transfer to Jammu or Pathankot/ Delhi railway station or Jammu airport for your onward journey.

            After reaching manali i recieved a sms from the tour operator asking me to call them as it was urgent.On calling them i learned that my hotel booking for Dharamshala was not confirmed by them and reason given was IPL matches in Dharamshala.I asked Make my trip to terminate the trip at manali and refund my balance money or else book me alternately for a tour of agra and jaipur.But both these request were turned down and i was asked to extened 1 night stay in manali and then proceedto kasauli,chandigarh and then delhi.
            amended itinerary was as follows

            I had no option but to agree to them as i had already paid the complete amount to them.But my nightmare did not end there,on reaching Kasauli i was shocked to learn that the hotel booked for me was in a place called Barog which was 20 KM away from Kasauli.On contacting make my trip i was told that the hotel is in Kasauli.I explained to them that i had already been to kasauli and i was told that that particular hotel was in Barog by the Hotel Management at Barog.On trying to contact make my trip again my call were unanswered and had to unwillingly check in at that hotel.I was not even informed about the local sightseeing that would be shown to me by the tour operator.
            I sent a mail to the person who had booked me for this trip ,Poonam Chamoli about her unprofessional behavior and all the hardships i had to face due to them but all my complaints fell on deaf ears.

            On reaching Chandigarh i learnt that the hotel where i was supposed to be put up was not booked for me and i was shifted to a third grade hotel where the a/c was not functioning and the room was very filthy.On complaining again and blasting make my trip personnel they told me to wait for 10 mins and they would book in another hotel which was ridiculous as i had already checked in that hotel 2 hours back.

            I was told that i would be compensated for all the hardships and inconvenience and that i would receive a call in that regard the next day evening after i reach Delhi but i haven't received any calls from.

            Please help and and advice as to what course of action do i take.

              i have booked my ticket from make my trip on 14th april 2010 and at the time of payment through net baking the net link has been broken, but the amount has been transsferred to their account, their is no confirmation of that booked ticket on my mail id or my mobile, they didn't refunded my amount till now....my tcket details are as follows:- indore to delhi- thursday-15th april 2010, 7:10 hrs...go air flight....................pls help me to give the booking money refund to me i will be very thankful 2 u.....

                Never Book Air Tickets from MakeMyTrip

                Dear All.... I have booked SpiceJet AirTicket from Deli To Bagdogra from MakeMyTrip. Since Airline it self offering same ticket by cheaper rate I cancelled from MakeMyTrip.

                Details follows:
                Spicejet SG 882 - Delhi (DEL) to Bagdogra (IXB)
                Travel Date - Sun, 09 May 10, 11:20 hrs
                Hitendra H Vala Rs. 4,979 x 2 = Rs.9958
                Total Cancellation Amount - Rs. 2000

                But I am getting only Refund Amount Rs. 5,559

                So I am at a loss of Rs. 2399. If I would have directly booked the ticket with Airline, also I would have saved Rs. 500 for MakeMyTrip commission.

                I have talked to MakeMyTrip Customer care Toll free telephone number but they are so clever that they knew the problem but nothing is done so far.

                Pl. help me to get justification. After paying for service to MakeMyTrip they overburden and don't do anuthing

                  This is the second incident with make my trip. I booked a ticket for my family from Pune to Nagpur on the 08//04/10. Booking ID: FLT[protected] Amount was deducted without any confirmed ticket. When I called them they informed that the amount has npt been received by them and hence they have not issued a ticket. They wrote to me that they would require a bank statement to confirm that the amount has been taken off my account. I sent them a scanned copy on the 12/04, but no responce. I called the call centre on the 13th to find that they cannot acess the email I had sent to them and wanted me to send a copy of the email. Who confirmed the receipt of the statement then and assured a callback on 14/04. When I did not receive a call from them, I called them to find that they cannot find the email. The person then requested for 72 business hours for the status. The service has been pathatic and the customer service gone for a toss.

                  It is possible that your bank has blocked the amount but not deducted it from your account. The amount will be auto-reversed in to your account between 7 and 14 business days by your bank.

                  For further follow up on this, you will need to contact your bank directly as MakeMyTrip has not received any payment for your transaction.

                  Number of times I called / mailed dated (June 27, 2009 1:00 PM, Jun 27, 2009 at 3:08 PM, June 27, 2009 8:26 PM, Jun 28, 2009 at 11:30 AM, Jun 28, 2009 at 11:30 AM: All mail attached as proof ) for detailed ticked . No action has been taken .Though twice I got call ( more than 50min, they put me hold) and mail from Make my trip but NO RESULTS .
                  Thought I thought to board with e-ticket ( attached) sent by make my trip During my Boarding at Flight I got to know my name was not there in the passengers list. I was highly embarrassed and the same time I Lost my interview on very next day at Delhi.

                  I got a mail from make my trip that its because of some problem and full amount ( Rs. 5, 541) shall be refunded and same would reflect on your card within 7 business days. Twenty four ( 24 days) days over, still money has not been credited in my account ( credit card monthly statement attached ) .

                  Because of the same I lost more than Rs. 20, 000. As I didn’t flight ticket for the same day, as it was last flight . I booked ticket for next day reached Delhi but couln’t meet interview schedule.

                  Sir, I request you to kindly take tough action against MAKE MY TRIP. As this is one of the worst service provider I have ever seen.Because of the same I was mentally harassed a lot . Kindly make sure above mentioned amount shall be credited in my account.

                  Make My Trip — non refund of single rupee on cacelled air tkt of paramount airways

                  I have to travell from kol-chennai routeby paramount airways on 22nd july"2009. Could not travell due to very much unavoidable circumstances. gone on line to cancell the the tkt, their net system told tkt shold be cancelled before 12hrs.of journey. Tell me who knowns that person will not face any accident and due that reason he can not travell . His some % of of tkt value willl not be return on humanitarian ground?

                  MakeMyTrip — Unfair booking and refund process

                  Respected Editor,

                  Kindly note my grievance with regard to an airticket reservation made through Makemytrip.com on August 12, 2009 at 10.30 A.M. I booked four air tickets in Paramount Airways through this website for a scheduled travel from chennai to Hyderabad on August 19, 2009 (Booking Id FLT [protected]) . After the payment was processed, I received a mail stating that "due to communicaiton error, the reservation is not confirmed and an executive will be calling me in an hours time (evidence attached). As I did not receive any call till 4.00 P.M, I contacted the customer service and spoke to an executive by name Mr. Harsh, who in turn, expressed that, they are unable get seat availability with paramount airways and suggested me to try again for another airlines thorugh a fresh booking. Further he processed a refund of my money which they had charged at the time of booking. Subsequently I received an SMS stating that the money will be refunded in 14 business days. However on enquiry, the executive stated that he would ensure that the money is refunded with in 5 business days.

                  I am really surprised, with this kind of a process followed by this travel agency where they debit the amount even prior to issuing a ticket and then, don't repsond as promised and on enquiry they are refunding at their own set rule and regulations. In this entire process, I realised that, I have lost 5-6 hours of time, where I could have tried other alternate bookings, if they had confirmed the booking as promised. Further I also question whether taking money with out confirming the booking and refunding later with such a time lag is acceptable trade practice. Just for a comparision, if a booking is made through Indian railways website and due to any reasons, when the transaction is not processed the money debited is immediately refunded and a mail to the effect is sent to the customer.

                  I strongly feel that, strict action should be initiated against these travel agencies, to curtail such practices in the best interest of customers.

                  I would further like to add that this kind of practices lead to agencies showing huge collections and reflect good amount of bookings, which are not completed transactions .                   This is Archit Lalit Dhupar.I am writing on behalf of my father Mr Lalit Dhupar.
                  We travelled from Udaipur to Mumbai, on 25th of May 2009, from Kingfisher Red .
                  We booked our ticket on 21st of May 2009 from Make My Trip.com .
                  On 25th, our flight got cancelled due to some technical problems.The Kingfisher representative over there assured us that we will get our full refund back. They did not give any of the passengers a receipt for the same, but they said that they have updated on their system .and it would be reflected in our next bank statement.
                  We came on our own.

                  We waited for two bank statements, but that does not show anything about the refund.

                  Then I emailed Kingfisher Airlines about the incident.They gave me my PNR no and assured that the flight was cancelled .When I gave the copy of email (which Kingfisher had given me), they replied that the amount would be given after deducting 250 Rs as a cancellation charge from the total amount Rs.1845 .
                  They have still not reported to me again till date.

                  i booked a ticket on 1st july 2009 of goair through the makemytrip.com , it was told that there is a scheme of Rs. 300/- cash back offer which would be credited to my account after 7 days of my travel date which was 31st july 2009, but till date the refund amount has not been credited after writing so many mails and calling the customer care of make my trip nothing is being done .

                  This is with refernce to my Ticket with MakeMyTrip Booking ID -FLT[protected]. The supposed cancellation charge was quoted as Rs 750 for the airline and Rs 250 for Makemytrip. However, I talked to the Airline (Kingfisher) Customer care and was told that the airline's cancellation charge was Rs. 400. So, the total cancellation charge deducted should have been Rs. 400 + Rs. 250 = Rs. 650.

                  I have cancelled the air ticket (make my trip booking I.D. - FLT[protected]) on 10/01/2010 which was for 2 persons for Delhi to Nagpur. Date of Journey was 11/01/2010. I was suppose to get the refund till 27/01/2010 as per their online refund status. I am following up to their Customer care representetives on daily basis.                   Please stop fooling people with your endeavour to confuse people rather than coming up with a solution. I have checked with my bank and they have not blocked any amount.
                  After an elaborate discussion and follow ups your representative told me that it is the problem with CCA your payment gateway vendor. CCA is your vendor and it is not my bloody problem to see whether they have deducted the money by mistake. It is your responsibility to see that I get refunded.

                  I book tkts regularly online and it was the biggest mistake to book via makemytrip. In other sites like Yatra if the booking is unsuccessful the money never gets debited from your bank. Same with vodafone when you do an online recharge. The money never gets deducted until and unless the process is complete.
                  In this case the money has been deducted and the money hasgone to your vendor cca's a/c. Therefore it is your responisbility to follow up with them and get my refund.

                  I booked one air ticket of Indigo flight Ex- Mumbai to Delhi for Rs.5374/ through Make My Trip payment gate way on[protected].
                  The bank statement is showng 2 times debit for Rs.5374/- for account on same day.
                  When i contacted Make My Trip though mail, they replied with apology saying that this type of error is not new to them and they are acting to refund the amount in the bank.

                  This is regarding my bus ticket booked through Makemytrip.com,on 13/04/10, booking ID is BUS[protected].I cancelled this ticket on 13th of april itself, that is before 24 hrs of journey (journey date 14th of April,10) & supposed to get a refund of Rs. 825. As I was told, it should be done within 7 days but it still not refunded by them. Whenever I call to their customer service, I get the same reply that wait for 48 hours.I've got the same reply for 4 times.Whenever I drop a mail to them, I never get any response.

                  Please mark my words.They are the biggest frauds. The latest excuse given by them was that there was some problem from vendor side.Earlier they said that there is some technical glitch. They will never refund your money if you cancel the ticket. Why should I bother about the vendor problem, if I paid the money to you. While deducting the payment, there was no problem at all.

                  If anyone from MMT is looking at it.....just respond......what is the meaning of 7 days for you...& why the money is not yet refunded.

                  Make My Trip.com appears to be a fraud. In my case too the money is deducted from my account, but the ticket is not booked. The e-mail says it is due to communication error and the makemytrip.com shall contact me in 2 hours time on telephone. No contact is made by them. The booking ID status shows the money shall be refunded due to failed booking. On contacting the makemytrip official, they try to black mail to deposit the balance money by cash to their office within 24 hours to get the booking, but no communication through e-mail. I now do not trust make my trip.com. I have paid Rs 5000/- as booking amount. They do not reply to my E mails but insist that I pay the balance of Rs 85000/- . They have not confirmed the itinery and insist that I pay the money in 24 hours.

                  I had tried to book a ticket from ALD to NDLS from MakeMyTrip.com but twice the process got stuck at the payments page and I had to drop the idea of booking the ticket from this site. When I checked my account I was deducted for both the transactions although no ticket was booked. My transaction IDs were RAL[protected] and RAL[protected]. After 3-4 days I got the refund for one of them. But the other one is still pending although I have made hundreds of emails and phone calls to them and every time I am given the assurance 'Sir this time please wait 48 working hours and you will surely get a reply or a refund' but I always find my inbox waiting for their email. On being asked I have also mailed them the bank account statement 4 times to them but every now and then they say sir please mail it again the attachment isn't opening here. I am fed up with their service as they pay no heed to customer service and don't even give a reply. Please someone solve this yaar...

                  I also wish to bring in your notice that there was a very urgent business meeting planned in Ahmedabad linked through flight booking said above.

                  Till time I donot have any response either on phone or mail from makemytrip. However, on telephonic discussion undersigned had by myself to their customer support, I got very worst feedback.                   Make My Trip — Awaiting refund for 4 months

                  Dear Sir,

                  My wife and I had used the services of MAKE MY TRIP to travel to Srilanka on the 27th of January' 2010 for 6days. I booked only the flights with them. My Itenary was Pune-Chennai-Colombo-Chennai-Kolkata. My first flight was from Pune to Chennai was cancelled by Spicejet because of fog in Delhi and I was stranded in Pune airport at 1:30am thereby missing my connecting flight from Chennai to Colombo. Fortunately both Spicejet and Air India express were very co-operative and promised me a REFUND (by email) promptly. After coming back from my vacation, I followed up the same with Make My trip. They took 15 working days to confirm that I was eligible to receive the REFUNDS. The amounts were

                  2 Domestic Flight Ticket Refunds (from Pune to Chennai in Spicejet)=2180 x 2= 4360 (INR)
                  2 International Flight Ticket Refunds (from Chennai to Colombo in Air India Express)= 2059x2= 4118 (INR)
                  Thereby making my TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT = 8478 (INR)

                  In the meantime HSBC called me and told me that because I swiped my card in Srilanka, they were blocking it because they suspected misuse and reissued a new card. THEY HOWEVER CONFIRMED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THAT THE BACKEND ACCOUNT NUMBER DOESNT CHANGE IN THE EVENT THE PLASTIC CARD IS CHANGED.

                  Anyways, after several frustrating phone calls and mindless back and forth, I finally got the refund a month later thanks to a Supervisor Mr. Rizwan Uddin,

                  I have contacted the travel agent with phone calls and emails and have always been fobbed off with the following statements:

                  Your credit card number has changed
                  FACT:
                  Even if Plastic Card changes, the backend account number is PERMANENT!!!
                  PROOF:
                  FIRST SET OF REFUNDS reflect under this NEW CARD STATEMENT!!!

                  ALLEGATION:
                  The refund has been done by them and its the Bank which has witheld it.
                  FACT:
                  My monthly statement shows otherwise.

                  I think I have gone on long enough so will end by mentioning the PROOF I HAVE!!!

                  I had taken a package from make my trip for Manali, the inclusions promised in the package were not provided as they were suggested in the itinerary sent. I had called up the agent (Neetu Tyagi) and had requested her to get the inclusions from the hotel, but the same had not been provided. This kindl of service is not acceptable from a travel site of MMT. I did not hesitate 1 bit in making the payment to the vendor, if this be the case i will dispute my payment with the bank and then MMT will suffer for the same.

                  Please be away from using Make My Trip Portal for any booking they are cheats and fool people.

                  I have been duped by the make my trip marketing people under the name of Great Indian Offer under Transaction ID 909XXXX

                  1) When they contacted us they never told that they will be charging around Rs 6600 for the great offer
                  which has been given under the above number:
                  2) They did not mention that they are taking the credit card number for billing the above amount.They
                  contacted during office hours and inspite of telling to call later they kept on pestering with the scheme.
                  3) They mentioned the discount to be on total amount and but the after going through e-mail on offer the
                  discount is on base amount so in reality we wont be getting the full benefit since the base amount of
                  Airlines are less than 50% of the discount amount offered of most airlines.
                  4) I sent them a mail rejecting the offer as soon as I got the email with scheme.
                  5) Contacted the number [protected] and was able to speak only twice to a lady called as Neha and
                  mentioned to reverse the charge since we were not told that we will be billed and also mentioned that
                  I have and e-mail. First she mentioned that she contact her manager and come back with details
                  and call, she never called .When I called again she mentioned that she will give me the log of calls
                  which we made to prove that they had told all upfront.When mentioned about my e-mail,they say
                  they haven't received any. It been 2 weeks I am waiting for those logs
                  nothing has come.Even the number [protected] is busy now since past 10 days. I have tried calling
                  N number of times without success.

                  There are many such finer points which was not told by sales people.

                  We all need to join hands and take them to court.

                  I made a flight ticket booking with Make my trip through SBI internet banking on 31Aug2010 After making payment the amount got debited from my SBI account , but i did not receive any ticket.Then i called up customer care of Make My Trip and they told that the status of payment will come to know after 24 hours .Then i told them that why you are not refunding the money and they told me they have not received the amount and it might get stuck in payment gateway.And after that i told them that my account got debited and it is showing in the account that money is transferred to make my trip . And you are telling that you have not received the money.then They ask me to send my bank statement . I sent them that also with SBI payment transaction ID.

                  After that they told me that it might take 3 working days to get back credited into your account.Then i told them to give a proof that they have not received the money. They said they do not have the system.

                  They just only can make harassment to people .

                  So my problem is when make my trip knows that the amount will be credited back within 3 working days .Why they are not taking any provisions to get it cleared before 3 working days. And as the amount was Rs 5993.00 , which is not very less

                  I was trying to book the airline ticket from www.makemytrip.com website, which I was doing it from the past 6 years. But today I have decided that I will not choose the makemytrip website again, only because of the useless and vulgar customer care executive. Please do try to call the call center since they are worst in offering the customer care now.

                  Make My Trip — Fraudulently Charged my Credit Card without issuing a ticket

                  The makemytrip.com is popular but they are big cheaters too. I had worst experience of my life with this company and lose a contract of INR 5,00,000 just because this company made fake booking, and could not provid the air tickect even after 3 hours of booking and I could not catch my flight and attend my meeting. The staff is so un professional, I had spoken to more than 20 people in this bull company liike, jagjit singh, Bala ji Bala, Veerpaul Kaur, Nagesh, Ashish, Anika etc etc, Jagjit singh misbehaved like a junglee. They charged my credit card instantly for a fake booking generated by this makemytrip,com portal and after arguing 20 people of this cheating company, they promised to gave me a refund after 7 business days. (I am waiting for the refund) and will definately going to sue this Deepak Kalra so called CEO of this company.
                  I had tried to book bus tickets worth Rs. 530 Through Make my trip website, When transection was under progress due to some error it was disconnected and money from my account was deducted on 13.10.2010.
                  When Inquired to custer care they have noted my compalin no and given me my booking number (customer care service and peoples are very good to whome I have contacted, Firoz, Amit, shreya, Priti, ...). After further communication they informed the tickets are not booked and money will be refunded if it is deducted. After giving bank statement and mail, I got my Money refund in my bank account on 15.10.2010.

Every day I am said that within 24 hours, or sometimes 72 hours it will be done. Since it is a huge amount, i am worried.

Later on calling several times to their numbers it was informed to me that it was a rare of rarest case and my money would be returned automatically to my credit card after a week time. After 1 week nobody is giving satisfying answer and every time they are giving different number to call on that. I had made some 40-45 calls to them till now.                   Make My Trip — Cancellation refund not received and Hotel booking not yet confirmed

                  I had booked a Hotel + flight package on 3/05/2011 for Mumbai - Goa @ Rs.29000. After few days MMT posted a veru lucrative offer for Lalit intercontinental and the entire package was just for Rs.13000. I decided to cancel my earlier booking and go for Intercontinental booking at a cancellation loss of Rs.4250.
                  As soon as i booked the other package i recieved a mail saying the hotel is CONFIRMED after few days i recieved an SMS saying the Hotel is not yet confirmed and they are working on it. It is 19/05/2011 but neither the hotel is confirmed nor is the cancellation refund amount credited in my account.
                  All in all i am bearing a loss of around Rs.37000 which is a big amount for me atleast.
                  My booking ids are : NP[protected]Cancellation) and NP[protected]New booking).

                  Anyone reading this blog pls beware and do not encourage such fraud company to make business in the market.
                  It is better to pay few pennies more rather than spoiling your vacation and losing huge amount.

                  If theres anyone to help me getting my money i would be more than thankful otherwise please consider this blog seriously for those who are deciding to book anything via MMT.

                  Make My Trip — withdraw money without booking ticket

                  This is to inform that I booked train ticket using makemytrip website. But this website has withdrawn money from my account and ticket is not booked.

                  When I called to customer care. He is saying due to technical problem he cannot book. But I dont know why they withdrawn money from my account. And when I ask for return he is telling me about cancellation process which takes 7 working days for money to refund. Actually I need to book ticket immediately and I dont have money. Inspite of telling many times customer care is not replying correctly.

                  I spoke to person named kailash he said he is from delhi.He is very rude even he dont fear when I say that I will complaint he is proudly saying do wat ever u want. Very rude person how this companies hire such person.

                  Pl remain away from this fraud company. This company aim is to only make copmission rather than satisfy the customers.

                  In my case they also cheat me. I have booked hotel thaugh them. My ID is NH[protected]. for booking hotel in Shimla from 10/06/11 to 12/06/11 (ie 02 days) they have charged 8293/- too much money.
                  In their confirmation mail they have committed as executive roo in a executive single star hote.

                  But in actually the hotel is very IIIrd class hotel in very poor location.

                  We have talked hotel manager then he said that " why you have booked thraugh My Trip. you should make booking directly. They only make high comission."

                  I conjecture to saw that hotel manager is giving those rooms in only 1000/- which we are booked.

                  Make My Trip — services not provided as commited and harrasment

                  The services provided to me were not up to the mark and scale of such a renowned company that too Make My Trip.(A NYSE listed company i suppose).I was so disheartened and surprised to see that.
                  From starting i had many problems and issues in my trip.It was such an harrasing thing for me.
                  To start with:-

                  - When we reached Srinagar we were given Xylo Taxi for all 7 days ,but we were committed for Innova car,the first difference starts there.When i had asked and paid for innova why did i got Xylo.(However the Driver was courteous)

                  - When we went to Pahalgam,tour to Chandanwadi,Aruvalley and beetab valley were in my itenary and was to be provided and paid by you,but the local agent there told me that it was not included and i had to personally pay for it.I had to just co-ordinate between Make my trip and that agent. what is it yaar i was not there to call you people and that agent to co ordinate and fight for my services.After so much hassles it was solved.I was there to enjoy,not to waste my time coordinating for my group.Why so much confusion?..i paid extra to make my trip just because i wanted to be rest assured for my services but my most of the time was just wasted fighting.I didnt paid so much to just get harrased.

                  - After reaching back to Srinagar we were so tired and we entered our hotel Duke,we all were so Frustated and amazed to see that there was no power in the hotel.And they didnt had any alternative arrangement for the same to run there fans in such a hot weather,as it was more that 32 degrees.And to add more there were so many flies in the room without a fan running Un hygenic,PATHETIC and INHUMAN CONDITIONS.These are the bare minimum services which even a budged hotel provides.How to rest in the hotel??It was an question to our mind.

                  Adding to it Bathrooms were pathetic and in such a bad condtion,i cant even tell you.Flush was not working ,it was stinking, water was leaking.I can't even imagine the scene again.We just had to pass our time anyhow.As we had already paid for that.Moreover TV channels were not working not even 1 channel was clear to be watched.

                  Now adding more to that again i had to fight for my services which i had paid for,i had paid for one extra bed but there were saying that its not included.Again an harrasing thing for me as just had to waste time there coordinating between your agent and you for that.Even for my breakfast i had to fight as according to them it was included but i had paid for that.After so much tussle it was solved.

                  Worse was to come,when we were taking our breakfast, to our wonders by chance we noticed that they are giving us food with fungus over it.Bread was with fungus.We were with two little kids and we didnt knew that we just had food with that fungus.That is why one of the kids had stomach ache and vomitting that day.Such an inhuman conditions.If i had to pay for that hotel i would not have paid even a single penny for that.Where i wasted my whole 2 days.I was being told by our representatives that all the hotels are being first checked by make my trip before recommending,is that what your company see and check? Was really fed up with the services provided,with such a big company.

                  After all this they had provided an refund of Rs 10000 ,where i have paid Rs.149000 for the services,not even 10% of the total package cost.I had to call several times for that and had to waste a load of time.
                  I wanted atleast 25% compensation for making my tour a very bad expereince and for all the harrasment and time lost.

                  This is the case of double payment where money was deducted from my account twice for one booking. First payment made to book ticket did not go through well, so no booking/E-Ticket was generated for that ,but the amount was deducted from my bank account.

                  As contacted and explained the case to their customer care executive,he assured me that money will be back/refunded with in 3-4 working days ,all he required was the valid bank statement and some other details.

                  Sending my personal account statement which has many other information than what is relevant to them does not make me very comfortable. And asking me to share this with unknown people did not look to me to be a reasonable demand on their part. Anyway I provided the bank statement clearly highlighting the double payment case.

                  Now more than a month has been elapsed but no action seems to be taken on their part.

                  I find it hard to understand what is taking so long for them to process my refund.Where is the problem. I have provided enough documents ( No matter how personal they are ) . It proved the lack of intent of the company to refund the money, let alone harassment to the customer. This has wasted huge amount of my valuable time and effort and put me through enormous mental agony.

                  I have written many times to their customer care but did not hear nothing from their end. Please do suggest me how to approach or proceed in such scenarios . Enough emails chains and conversations has already been piled up as evidences.

                  Is their any provision for mass complaints filing, as many of my Colleagues suffered the same ordeal with Makemytrip.Since I booked the tickets from Japan , can I register the case through online with mass complaints and proves from all my mates or do I need to wait for a while if I can hear anything from Makemytrip.

                  I had booked a bus ticket for Mumbai to Baroda through makemytrip and I was charged Rs.1530 for the ticket. I reached eagle counter (my boarding place) 30 mins befor the bus arrival. I was sitting at their office when a person came their and asked for a AC sleeper class ticket for which eagle charged him 900 Rs. I was surprised and went to that person to re-confirm. I was astonished to see that the same bus, same class (sleeper AC) he was charged 900 Rs. only. I went to the eagle counter and asked for clarifications for which they told that the computer of eagle counter is showing that I had been charged 900 Rs. only, he showed me his computer which displayed 900 Rs. and told to contact makemytrip. I immediately called them bus did not received a proper response.
                  This is not all, my seat no. was T (Lower berth - which I had choosen at the time of booking). When I confirmed my seat no at eagle travels they told me that your seat no is O (Upper berth). I had problem with my leg and had choosen lower seat but was again disappointed.
                  I wrote about this issue to makemytrip on 07/07/11 after arriving vadodara, for which I received following below mail from them on 11/07/11:

                  "With regards to the below mail regarding the bus booking id, NU[protected], kindly note as checked the details you the booking was made for the sleeper and on the web site also the fare for the sleeper seat is showing as INR 1500 only. The 900 fare is for the Non AC Sleeper coach.
                  Regarding the change of seats we have shared the feedback with the operator and the operator has apologised for the inconvenience caused to you."

                  I on the same day wrote to them: "I have taken the screenshot of my ticket from the eagle office counter which shows 900 Rs.. I request you to provide a proper answer as such answers leads to only
                  negative public relation.
                  Few passengers have booked ticket in front of me for same bus in AC sleeper class and they were charged 900 Rs."

                  For which I received following below mail from makemytrip on 19/07/11:

                  "Apologies for the delay in response.
                  With regards to the below mail regarding the booking id NU[protected], its requested to kindly provide us with the screen shot of eagle travels showing the ticket cost of INR 900 for ac sleeper class so that the details can be checked from the vendor regarding the same."

                  I send them screenshot on the same day, for which I received following below mail from them on 20/07/11:

                  "With regards to the below mail, kindly note as per the revert from the bus vendor the details are as follows
                  There are two buses running on the same route one is for Mumbai to Rajkot & another one is running for Mumbai to Ahmedabad
                  1 – Mumbai to Rajkot in which the fare is Rs 1500/- for Sleeper
                  2 – Mumbai to Ahmadabad in which the fare is Rs 900/-
                  Passenger did the booking in Rajkot route bus in which Sleeper fare is Rs 1500/-
                  Hence the correct booking price was charged from MakeMyTrip for the tickets."

                  Now my question to them was that then why the computer of eagle showing 900 Rs and why my co-passenger ticket was booked at 900 Rs. For which makemytrip never replied.

                  Make My Trip — Refund amount not yet credited back to your account after 50 days

                  I had booked a railway ticket through Make My Trip, The booked ticket was cancelled on 16th June 2011. Refund amount not yet credited back to our account even after 50 days. Booking reference id -NR[protected]with make my trip). The company says that they had already done the refund, but the amount has not yet been reflected in our account. Make my trip is not giving a clear answer for the Refund amount. They says that the amount is credited back, but not ready to give any reference number for that particular transaction. Make my trip is not even responding back in this matter. This is a matter of cheating. So kindly take necessary action against this and do the needful to refund the amount.
                  I have posted all my conversation held with makemytrip in my complaint. I did not had any conversation with makemytrip for which I have agreed upon.
                  For my last question "why the computer of eagle showing 900 Rs and why my co-passenger ticket was booked at 900 Rs." I have not received any reply for this. If makemytrip have sent a reply for this, then I would request you to post this on this wall.

                  Make My Trip — Refund on Cancelled ticket.

                  I had bought a ticket from Dubai to kochi on 8th June 2011 for travelling on[protected], within 30 mins i had to cancelled the ticket. The ticket had cost me Dhs. 3,080/- It was informed that they will deduct Dhs. 477/- and refund the balance to me. But after 1 week i got back Dhs.1,010/- and they promised that within 2 months they will refund me the bal amount (approx Dhs.1503/-) on my credit card. But after many followups and many reminder i get a reply that they will get back to me in 2 to 5 days. But today it is[protected] and still no word from them and the chances of getting the refund also gettin dimmer.

                  Hi,

                  This is the compliant about the Fraud company Make my trip. I booked the ticket for Rail package on 24 Aug. The transaction got failed and the refund money is not still got back. Customer care cheating with many reference number every time. The Screen shot attached is for the reference.

                  Please be very careful with this company, which is the best cheating company so far. I had a very bad experience so far. Don't book ticket using this portal which will end in problem or u will be cheated at any point of time.

                  Need to handle this going legally, If anyone has any idea please guide. Hardly earned money are getting looted by these guys.

                  Make My Trip — Avoiding Customer

                  I requested for a call back on 30th Sep, 2011 from Make My Trip to inquire for flight tickets from Ahmedabad to London. I received call from[protected] at 08:00 PM and within 15 seconds the agent put me on hold for 12 MINUTES..... till it was disconnected. Could not believe Make My Trip can be so irritating. Disgusting Service.

                  Makemytrip.com — Online Ticket Booked But Service is not Operating

                  I booked a UPSRTC bus ticket from Agra to Lucknow on 3rd Oct 11 through MakeMyTrip.Com for travelling on 4th Oct 11. On ISBT Agra the bus operator told that bus is not operating since 3-4 days. I was shocked as I was having my PHD reasearch work the very next day. There wasn't any other bus service available. I have to wait till 10 o'clock night to catch the next train for Lucknow that too in general compartment without any seat.

                  Please make compensation for all the trouble caused and the time lost.

                  And Kingfisher flight got cancelled due to Poor wheather.

                  I booked 5 tickets from Nagpur to Chandigarh, payment method was BOI debit card, when I clicked on pay, my money has been deducted from account but tickets was not confirmed, it showed me some error, I called customer support, he said bank will credit that money in 7 days, but my question is if what someone need to book anything urgently, in my case it's for 5 people and very important for me to book tickets ASAP, and the amount is big, for now I'm very frustrated, plzz if someone is seeing this message from MMT please look into this matter plzzz my I'd is priti.[protected]@gmail.com,

                    We visited the site of Make My Trip as we wanted to book our Holiday Tour . We selected ULTIMATE UTTARAKHAND Tour Package for 17.04.2010 to 27.04.2010 After filling their form on the Internet ,the response came through Telephone by a person name Manoj from Delhi. He insisted for payment so Rs. 35000 were paid on 25.02.2010 by Credit Card ( Total Package for Rs. 46999).In the last week of March we contanted Mr.Manoj to change our Tour Programme from 17.04.2010 to 27.04.10 instead new dates from 27.05.2010 to 05.06.2010.He says that Rs.5000 will be charged for cancellation.We were agree for that.Thenafter there was no response from Make My Trip.Neither they ask for remaining payment nor they have send any physical receipt or Air Tickets. Now on inquiring in Mumbai they said that their Delhi Office is different.They also says that booking once made can not be cancell. With such a dealing and unreliable service we have no faith in the system.Now please guide us how we can get our refund and avoid harracement.

When I talked to customer care executive ,he was saying that it was approximate refund amount. Bt in my previous ticket approximate refund amont was 294 and total 294 rs paid to me.

                      I have booked a air ticket through makemytrip.com on 08/03/2010 for Delhi Kochi sector .The result was a failure ,but money was deducted form my account.I enquired about the incident and the makemytrip costumer service could not explain me how it happened and they assured me the amount will be refunded to my account in two working days.Today is 11/03/2010 and the makemytrip people says that they have refunded the amount to the account and the bank people says that the refund has not taken place.The makemytrip people makes the people fools by puting a lower fare in the website as there is no such ticket available and making people go for wrong selection and loose their possession of money and give money to makemytrip for buisness.

                      I Booked a return ticket from Bangalore to Delhi(2nd Nov,2012) on makemytrip.com of Kingfisher Airlines on 31st July,2012 , my MakeMyTrip Booking ID - NF[protected]. It's been a year now and they have not refunded my money yet. Whenever I call them for money they say 'they have not got any update from kingfisher side'. I booked ticket on makemytrip.com so i they should return my money.
                      I had booked an online ticket for travelling by AC Bus from Vadodara to Indore for 21st April, 2013.However, the bus never turned up at the stand (Originating from Ahmedabad) at the scheduled time. Even after waiting there for more than One hour (till 1:30 AM) it was a No show. After many attempts at the Ahmedabad office of Neeta Travels, I was informed that bus had directly gone for Indore and will not come to Vadodara to pick the customer. This act had left me stranded at Vadodara causing me great tension and harassment. Forced to stay there, I also missed a very crucial meeting at my office.
                      Not withstanding this harassment, Neeta Travels office Incharge didn't respond to the complaint and much follow-up with makeMytrip never resulted into a solution. They haven't even refunded the amount forget about a penalty.

                      I have done part cancellation for the booking Id NF[protected] on 10.05.2013. However the refund amount is yet to be credited to the account. Can you please explain why is it taking so much time. For the refund of the amount are you entitled to take so much of time just because it is the customers money and you can take the customer for a ride. The matter has been escalated twice and unfortunately none of your people have bothered to give a call and explain about the situation. Please do the needful.

                        I had booked three kingfisher flight tickets on 11.03.2010 for 25.03.2010 through makemytrip.com from bagdogra to new delhi. total amount for the tickets was rs. 9159.00 which i paid through credit card.

                        My flight booking id is flt[protected]. i cancelled my tickets at the kingfisher airlines counter at bagdogra airport on 25.03.2010 at 3 pm. (pnr jfwkad) since i was not permitted to cancel online. the cancellation coupon no from kingfisher counter is[protected],[protected],[protected]. i was told that my refund would be credited through makemytrip.com.

                        After that i submitted the cancellation details in makemytrip.com website vide feedback reference no. :[protected]. i even mailed the details at makemytrip.com with scanned copies of cancellation receipts. i received a mail from makemytirp.com which they said it will take around 7 days to process the request. but even after more than 15 days i have not received any response from them. i have sent them several reminders over mail but to no effect.

                        I tried to book an airticket from indore to chennai by kingfisher Airlines with www.makemytrip.com . I tried paying with my sbi bank debit card , amount -was deducted. Due to low session timeout (a technical defect in makemytrip.com) the session was timed out my money from sbi account was cut but i didnt get my ticket neither i got my refund for almost 3 months .worst travel site i have ever encountered . never book your tickets through this site.

                          Make my Trip ruined my holiday plans at the last moment> Wanted to go to Jim Corbett for a nice holiday with my family, booked my hotel Jim’s Jungle Retreat, Corbett from 2nd to 4th April 2010. Received a confirmation mail from Make My Trip that the room has been booked and the same was followed by a Hotel booking Voucher from MMT, which so ironically said "Kindly note, your booking is CONFIRMED and you are not required to contact the hotel or MMT to reconfirm the same". Then to my horror, received a call from Make My Trip in the evening that the booking was not made and it was some stupid error on their part and thankfully they will refund the complete amount and it will be reflected in my credit card statement in the next 7 days.

                          Now here are a few things :-

                          1) As it was peak season I was not able find any other hotel of my taste in Corbbet, as a result my holiday plans went for a toss.

                          2) The whole weekend was cursed by my family as they were so excited to go on this holiday.

                          Will never trust Make My Trip again and will prefer to book holidays either directly with the hotel or through a more trusted travel agent .

                            1. On 31.3.2010, I booked two air tickets on line using the website "Make My Trip" for the journey between Port Blair & New Delhi against booking id FLT[protected] costing Rs. 19,838/- using SBI ATM cum Debit Card.

                            2. It was noticed on the same day that my account was debited twice on 31.3.2010 for the same journey.
                            3. I immediately contacted the Call Centre and as per their advice, sent the PDF scan copy of SBI ATM account statement on 31.3.2010 itself.
                            4. Again I sent the scanned PDF copy of my SBI Saving Account statement on 3.4.2010 and followed it up through e-mail ([protected]@makemytrip) on dated 5th and 6th April 2010. In addition I telephoned the Call Centre three times during this period to know the status of my grievance. Each time, a new agent attended the call and promised to look into the complaint with no result so far.
                            5. Sir, I am a senior Class-I officer in the Centrtal Govt. and working on depuation with BSNL Corporate Office and I live on limited salary. The amount of Rs. 19,838/- being debited twice from my account is causing lot of financial hardship and mental torture to me with no hope of redressal from Make my Trip end.
                            Sir, I request your esteem organization to take my case with M/s. make my trip as they are not addressing my genuine complaint inspite of my repeated requests. I shall always be grateful to you for the help.

                                I made a payment of Rs.7719 on 20th November, 2009 for the MMT festival offer ( where it had MMT's yearly membership+ Domestic flight and hotel dicount vouchers+ International hotel and flight discount offer + Free watch).

                                It has been more than 4 months and I have still not received this kit. I have made numerous calls to your call center and have also written couple of mails to the customer support cell but all has gone in vain.

                                I am very irritated with the irresponsible behaviour of MMT. I have incurred interest on my credit card also because of this and have not received any product.

                                I would like this to be addressed ASAP. Let me know if there is any travel ombudsman where i can write and ask them to take action against this.

                                  I made a booking on 1st april 2014 for chennai to imphal indigo flight. It was unsuccessful but they deducted 14368 from my father's sbi account ac/no. [protected]. And after that they refunded deducing 1600(approx) from 14368. Since the booking was unsuccessful they told me they will refund the whole amount. Then i made a complain against it. The whole amount(Rs 14368) again deducted from my account. When i call them they kept postponing to call them 1/2 days after every 4 days on each compliant. I am really upset with the way they are holding up my money for so long. So please help me urgently.

                                    I was offered a LIFETIME card by EMPLOYEEs of Indiatimes, as told by the persons on the telephone. This offered LIFETIME discounts at certain places, as well as some vouchers for discounted travel by Make My Trip, in assosciation with shiftthoughts.com .
                                    On enquiring about the cancellation procedure, without using any of the benefits, I was not clarified as to how I can do it. But with IndiaTimes and Make My Trip being involved, I thought there would be no SCAM. But I was wrong.

                                    On receiving the Kit I find that they have included only a 1 year validity Dining Plus card.

                                    On complaining at their phone no. I was attended to by a lady named NEHA. she said she would get back to me within 1 hour, and resolve my problem. This has not happened in the past 4 days also.

                                    Now I want to terminate this card/deal/vouchers and receive a full refund immediately.

                                    I know these companies like Indiatimes.com or MakeMyTrip.com or associated companies, which are all part of this BIG SCAM going around, will probably not even listen to me. But I hope to just BEWARE the others to not fall for SCAMS by these or other companies or sites.

                                    NO RESOLUTION TO MY COMPLAINT TILL DATE.
                                    I have not been refunded or even been contacted by these scamsters (Shiftthought/Makemytrip.com/Indiatimes.com) even after I have given all the details here and in other forums.

                                    In fact I have also written to their Management level persons (Mr. Sanjay Sahay at Indiatimes) many tmes to no avail.

                                    This Email id was given to me by Mr. Durgesh of Ahmedabad, another victim of this phone scam.

                                    He was lucky enough to be refunded the amount after his persistent follow up with these persons and sites.

                                    He has contacted me after reading, about my woes, on these forums.

                                    Also 2 other persons similarly affected (from Delhi and Chennai I think) have contacted me on how to go about recovering their money from these scamsters who make false promises, and then disappear.

                                    I have given them whatever assistance I could, except that it is not a lot, as even I am still trying to recover my money.

                                    I have a feeling that these complaint forums like yours or others really have no effect on these scamsters, who operate with impunity.

                                    HOW I WILL BE ABLE TO RECOVER MY MONEY stolen by this scam, is still a mystery to me.

                                    Another thing I would like to point out is that my telephone nos. are on the NDNC (National Do Not Call) registry for years. How do I activate the provisions of this (if any) so action can be taken against my service provider VODAFONE also so that such calls are not permitted, or they also take action against such scamsters?

                                    If no action is taken by the Govt. or others with the powers, these scams by large sell known companies will continue against hapless consumers.
                                    Mr. Durgesh of Ahmedabad, faced the same problems. His money has been refunded, but in my case no action is being taken. I think they have taken it for granted that once they have recieved the money, they are not liable for anything. This is the thinking of scamsters and not of any real service providers.

                                    THEY HAVE CHEATED ME, AND ARE STILL CHEATING OTHERS. GOD HELP THOSE STILL DEALING WITH THEM.

                                      Sir, i had made a hotel booking at makemytrip.com. The Hotel Confirmation Voucher,
                                      MakeMyTrip Booking ID - HTL[protected].

                                      Even after having a confirmed booking, i was denied the room at the hotel. Neither did the makemytrip.com or the hotel had the courtesy to even inform that they have cancelled my booking without any intimation. Also no-one has taught them to be polite & have humility.

                                      an extract from the confirmation "Kindly note, your booking is CONFIRMED and you are not required to contact the hotel or MakeMyTrip.com to reconfirm the same". I sincerely request / recommend you to take a strong action against them & suggest fellow mates to consider them for any further bookings ..

                                        Please read below emails been sent to the makemytrip sales team to refund my money and the wrong commitment and wrong information been given to me by their sales executive to sell a promotional offer to me. but they are not replying me and giving me any refund

                                        This email is to let you know that I received the call from your sales team and they did agreered that the promotional offer was sold with false information and false commitment by mr Mahesh of your team, when I asked miss Swati who called me on your behalf said that she listened to all the recording of the sales call and verification calls made to me by you agent and agreed that I was given wron information about the offer and I was made false commitment in those calls and thenI asked her to refund my whole amount since I was been fooled by your executive she siad she will confirm this to me with in an hour and since then I have been calling the sales team no. [protected] to reach Miss Swati and. Mis Neha is answering the phone and when been asked to put miss Swati on line she says she is in a meeting I called her four time in 4 hour and received the same reply.

                                        I just want to know since your team has agreed that they made mistake and sold me the offer with the false commitment, why in not this world they give me the confirmation that I am getting my money back. When you have to sold the offer to a customer you guys give him numerous call and when the customer make the payment, you forgot him and donot even shown the courtesy to call him back when you promise him a call back.

                                        Is this this some king of fraud happening with me. there fore I sincerely write you to please refund my money back and give me the confimation on this email or a phone call. or else I have to go ahead and file the legal case against Makemytrip.com and shiftthoughts.com for doing fraud with me and mental trauma & humiliation I had to undergo while calling them for refund .

                                        This is to bring in notice to you regarding the false commitment made by your sales team member (mr. mahesh). when is received the call from the sales team I was said something else that its a lifetime menbership offer and after becoming member I can call the make my trip customer service no to do any booking and avail the vouchers and discounts but today when i called make my trip customer service no. the caller on the other line said that thay donot do booking on call and there is no such thing a life time membership and i need todo the booking online only which is totally diffrent what i was told at the time of purchasing the offer and also the sales executive told me that the 9000 voucher that we get for the domestic hotel booking can be availe at the same time however they can't be clubbed with any other discount offer but these voucher are of the same offer so I can use the whole 9000 voucher on same transaction or booking they didn't told me anysuch thing as I have to takea minimum 2 days and 3 night package. and now when i called the person who sold me this offer doesn't come online and thay are sayin that i can't use the hotel voucher on the same transaction but they can be customized and when i ask what is the meaning of customizing tha voucher they say diffrent thing. and even on the verification call i asked the same thing and they said yes i could be done and the vouchers can be used in the same booking. and also when i called the sales team for the post sales query, I gave them my customer id even then they insulted my by asking did you made the payment? is this a way to treat your customer

                                        I feel like I am been conned or have been fooled by your sales tean and would like to receive my money back if the promises made to me while the offer was sold can't be complete. Please look into the issue and let me know regarding your decision. or else please let me know if I need to take the issue to consumer court ton report this fraud.
