[Resolved] Make My Trip — Railway reservation | |
They have Charged Me the entire ticket amount . But there are no signs of My Reservation. I am Supposed to travel in two days.And I Tried to book my tickets under tatkal. These people have completed the amount transaction but not booked my tickets. I've spent hell lot of time to contact their customer care. But not been able to contact any person As they just put us on Hold.. All my travel plans have been Spoiled because of this incident. But the other day soon after the incident a Customer care Executive from make my trip contacted me and confirmed my ticket booking and sent me the Ticket by mail.
They also appologised for this Grievance.
