I have done the booking with your agency and later cancelled the same on 20th May. This was confirmed via mail dated 20th May 2011.(trailing mail)

I have confirmed the refund amount via your call center to be Rs.32000/-. But the refund till date effected to my account is Rs. 20000/- only. I have raised a complaint via your call center and the complaint ref no quoted by your representative Mr. Nishanth was IN1106R0002290

In spite of all this the balance refund amount has not been credited till date. Please look into the same and take immediate action.
