[Resolved]  Make My Trip — non refund of money air tickets not booked

I tried to book tickets through make my trip .com. Amount INR 23796 deducted but tickets not booked becuase of technical error. When contacted I was told to cantact pg support @ bill desk .com. Since then mailed three times but they did not bother even respond my mail.
