[Resolved]  Make My Trip — PENDING REFUND AMOUNT

dear sir,

this is piyush goyal from lucknow,.,..i booked a ticket from delhi to mumbai(flight IT-353) which was cancelled by the kingfisher airlines,.,.it was mentioned that the refund will be processed in 5 working days but i havent recieved any refund yet,.,the flight was cancelled on 20th november 2012 and the date of travel was 27th november 2012,.,i contacted make my trip customer care many times but they always say that the airlines has not forwarded the amount to them and every time gives me a date like after 15 days and a month and likewise,,.i urgently need the money sir,.,.so plz kindly see to it and try to get back my refund as soon as possible,.,.,MY MAKE MY TRIP BOOKING ID IS NF[protected],.,.

We write to you in response to your query on the refund status for the Kingfisher un-operational flight.

We understand your angst – you are not alone, there are 100s of our Customers who are impacted by Kingfisher not operating. As agents or intermediaries, we pay the ticket / fares to the airlines. In case of any cancellations (either by the Customer or by the airline), the airlines pay us back which in turn we refund to the Customer. Unfortunately, Kingfisher is yet to come out with a time as to when they will refund the fares for the cancelled flight and basis this advising our Customers to wait. Refund for your booking is on hold till further notice.

What I can assure you is that MakeMyTrip does not have or will have any intentions of holding any Customer’s money. The moment Kingfisher shares an update on the refund status; we will begin the refund process from our side. When this happens, you will hear from us immediately via email and SMS. Till then we request and appreciate your co-operation.

We are constantly following up with the Airline and trying our best to resolve the situation.

i had booked a ticket from srinagar-Lucknow for 3rd january but flight no SG-447 Spice jet from delhi to lucknow cacelled due to operational reasons, but no refund to me so for.
though i directly contacted SPICE poeple, who advised me to contact agent through which ticket was booked ...passenger name...IFRAH ALI pnr no.EEC18B

Dear sir I had booked package bookings through makemytrip.com on 16 Jan 15 but due to technical reasons booking got cancelled but amount was debited from my account, after that called the call centre they said we will refund my amount in 3 to 5 days but till date I had not received my refund at my account please help me with this problem booking id IN1501B7S080260 THANK YOU
i had booked a bus ticket through make my trip on 07.02.15 but due to technical problem so ticket was cancelled but debited my a/c, after that call and mailed customer care they said we will refund amt in 7 working days but till date (02.03.15) i had not received my refund amt.my ID NU[protected] from chennai to Nagapattinam.pls help me

I have booked a train on 27th march but due to some technical problem ticket was cancelled and the amount is debited from A/c,
I have recived a mail that the money will be refund in 3 working days. However I have not got any single update yet.
I have got the Id number as ID NR[protected] and i have register my query to make my trip for which i have got Reference ID[protected]. So request you please have a look and refund the amount .:)

In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our concerned team and found that on 11-Feb-16 an amount of Inr 1384/- has been charged from customer's account but the booking did not get confirmed. Please be advised that full refund of Inr 1384/- has already been processed from our end on same day of transaction i.e. on 11-Feb-16 with refund reference number#[protected]. The same should now be reflecting in your account. If in case refund is not reflecting, request you to please share your bank statement in PDF format since 11-Feb- to till date so that we can validate this with your bank. Refund Amount Not Given

My Booking ID is IN1411B5S129096 and I had discussion with Miss Swati Dubey and Rohit Kapri. They have told me to refund my amount with in 7-10 days but 15 days passed and I have also send them mails but do not get any replay
