[Resolved] MakeMyTrip - Airlines Online Booking Ticket — No customer responses/refund air ticket | |
No:1 fraud website... people please please do not use this website to book ticket... till now i did not get the reponse for my email & complaints this is my incident happend to me... Due to lack of time for transit flight (one hour time) transit flight to mh-9191 from kul, i have missed the flight and there is no one to help me over there in kl airport. (one of the biggest airport – kuala lumpur) In the make my trip website, i have booked the air ticket from penang to chennai in malaysian airlines. the ticket details mentioned as pen – kul mh1133 (6.40 am – 7.40 am) and kul – maa mh 9191 (8.40 am – 10.00 am) with one hour transit time in kul, but this connecting flight is operating by jet airways and they have not mentioned in website or in e-ticket. When i get down kl airport (pen-kul) i rushed to malaysian airlines counter to collect my boarding pass mh9191, but they told this is jet airways operating flight and again i rushed up with my luggage & hand luggage i went to jet airways counter by 8.10 am and there is no one in the counter when i enquired about them they told its already closed, you go & enquired in jet airways office, went to jet airways office and asked they told this is not our mistake and you have to be in time at least 1.50 before but i do not how you this idoit have issued me the ticket with one hour transit time? Malaysian airlines & jet airlines not interested to change my ticket also to come back india and again i have booked new ticket to come chennai. Was this information helpful? | |
