[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip — Double charged for booking and refund not done yet

I made a booking for my travel using makemytrip. I was charged double by mistake and I was assured that the extra charged would be refunded to my credit card account within a week. However this has not happened and the Call center executives and the Booking consultant are clueless.

Date of Booking done - 3rd Feb 2011
VOPR No. / Booking ID - IN1102B01080

I'm unable to use my credit card. Because of this my I have exceeded the maximum amount I can spend using the credit card which would be cause for penalty in my next statement.
